Robot Vacuum - Mediamarkt - Question about a product (Greek Translation)

Sorry, I can't speak Greek yet. Trying to learn but it is really hard for me.

Btw this is not an offer topic, I just couldn't understand the product promotion on a Mediamarkt page.

I was also not sure where to post this so I posted here.

 

I'm asking for help to clarify things about a product on Mediamarkt.

What I want to ask is that,

I want to buy this product from Mediamarkt. It is a robot vacuum.

In the product images it says that there is also a gift promotion of Xiaomi Mi Vacuum Cleaner Mini (worth 69 euro)

Does that promotion still continue ? I couldn't understand it clearly.

I tried adding the Xiaomi Mop Pro to my basket , but I couldn't see any info about a gift promotion for the mini vacuum on my basket.

Also the system didn't add it to my basket automatically without a cost.

I tried adding them together to see if the promotion applies like that still no luck.

 

I also wrote a message to ask Mediamarkt but still didn't get any response.

Then I just saw this part, does it say that the promotion is just for that date interval of 18-28/02 ?

 

If so why is there still promotion images all over the product page :S

I tested it as well. It does seem to have a problem as you said. It might be quicker to dial their call center at 2112117700 for help.

You should probably call the customer service.

Something you should know, mediamarkt lacks in aftersale customer service.

You should avoid paying before receiving,because if the offer is not valid,you will go through hell to get a refund .

Also,check here,the same roomba  costs 100 euros lower than the mediamarkt price ( but without the small vacuum ) .

I can't communicate in Greek and sometimes it is also hard to communicate in English with customer service.

yes you're right, the products market price is lower on skroutz but most of those lower prices options does not have official xiaomi warranty, that's why I'm trying to buy from mediamarkt.
also if mini vacuum is gifted as stated and if you can also use go4more (I just got a debit card with that option from national bank - never actually used before) robot vacuum nearly reaches that 260 euro market price with xiaomi official warranty.

I mean 369 euro - [mini vacuum price (around 45 euro)] - [%20 go4more (around 75 euro)] = 250 euro and official xiaomi warranty 
Mini vacuum will be a great bonus for me as I have 2 cats

@Volomir  No argument here,but be careful with mediamarkt,it is one of the worst electronic related shops in Greece.

As I don't have much idea about other dealers, mediamarkt seemed as a good option, because I never had problem before on mediamarkt purchases from other countries, it has a good brand image for me.

When it comes to warranty in Greece,you MUST speak with the official manufacturer,you will  lose too much time if you refer to the shop that sold you the product.

Mediamarkt has very bad aftersale/service support. 

There are many threads in here,regarding their lack of communication,usually  many times it takes months to get the job done,and most of the times you need to threat them of following the legal way,to make the system actually work.

They are reported of scamming,with products beend advertised as in ,while there are not in stock,just to gain views and advertisement.
Same thing with your roomba,the offer might have expired,but they keep promoting it,and then claim it as "mistake",while it is their common practice.

I managed to order two items together for 369 euro. 
From mediamarkt site I can see that order is shipped, but there is no tracking number for the courier / shipping company.

I recently got an sms like that;

The company probably does not have the tracking number yet,but you can call either way.

Also,they say that they gave the package to the courier company, but there are good chances that they didn't.

Yes I've already paid.

They usually use ACS. But you won't get any info from them without the tracking number. Just contact Mediamarkt asking for the courier's tracking number.

Thanks, I've already contacted mediamarkt by contact form asking for a tracking number. But didn't get any response yet.

If I get a tracking number I contact ACS then.

Update : I've received first part of my go4more points (369x4) on 12.03.2021 (that's 4 days after my purchase date 08.03.2021)

I contacted mediamarkt, they said;

I'll receive an sms on the day of my package's arrival.

(in 2 days time, probably on tuesday, as monday is holiday)
