Όταν τρέχω το Pinnacle Studio 9 ή αρχίζει εγκατάσταση των updates της Microsoft κρασάρουν τα ΧΡ και βγαίνει αυτή η όμορφη μπλε οθόνη

 

 

Μέχρι τώρα λειτουργούσαν όλα ομαλότατα. Τι μπορεί να συμβαίνει;

You receive a "stop 0x00000050 (page fault in nonpaged area)" error message when you reconnect to a terminal server that is now using a different color depth

SYMPTOMS

When a Terminal Server client reconnects to a Microsoft Windows 2000-based Terminal Server session, you may receive the following Stop error message:

 

STOP 0x00000050 (PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA)

CAUSE

Typically, this problem occurs when the following events occur:

The Terminal Server client connects to a Terminal Server session that is running in 24-bit color.

The Terminal Server client disconnects from the Terminal Server session.

The Terminal Server session switches to 8-bit color.

The Terminal Server client tries to reconnect to the Terminal Server session.

This problem occurs because the Terminal Server stores the wrong color data size for the disconnected session. When a Terminal Server client reconnects to a session that is using a lower color depth than the original session, the Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) display driver uses the originally cached color depth. Therefore, you receive the error message that is described in the "Symptoms" section.

RESOLUTION

Hotfix information

A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. Only apply it to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix may receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, Microsoft recommends that you wait for the next Windows 2000 service pack 5 that contains this hotfix.

Tωρα την μετάφραση ας την κάνουν πιο ειδικοί απο μένα.

Φιλαράκο εγώ που το έκανα εγκατάσταση δεν μου έκανε κόλπα, τώρα δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω η μπλέ οθόνη τι δουλεια εχει με το pinnacle και τα uptades τις microsoft.

 

Το ανέφερα διότι το παρουσιάζει μόνο όταν τρέχω αυτά τα δύο. Δεν ξέρω, μπορεί να είναι και σύμπτωση. Το πρόβλημα τουλάχιστον είναι υπαρκτό και απ' ό,τι κατάλαβα έχει να κάνει με την ανάλυση ή/και τα χρώματα της οθόνης στην εναλλαγή εφαρμογών, αν και δεν προτείνεται συγκεκριμένη λύση. Ευχαριστώ πάντως για την απάντηση.
