Map Normandy2B_mp_zone added to maplist. Crashes whilst chatting (when a player has been in the player screen and typed a message) have been fixed. Players can now use chat messages even if they haven't spawned yet. Vehicle behaviour code improvements. Code improvements for people with lower pings. Fixed the occasional non-respawning bug.
