Electricity Bill Detail

I've recently moved to Greece (2 months ago). (cant speak greek) And I couldnt understand the electricity bill at all.

Can you please explain me a bit?

When I look at consumption it is calculated around 27 but I couldnt understand other lines I marked with

(-36,9) euro, 17 euro, 26 euro

Can you please explain them a little bit for me. This is a 4 month bill. But we are living in the house for the last 1-1.5 month. (Total kwh usage is 233kwh in the bill)

And what is the approximate kwh cost in Greece with all taxes etc included. 

I'm thinking of using air conditioner as heating and I want to calculate monthly cost of a 2200w 13000btu air conditioner. (with around 6-7 h usage / day at max)

In bill calculation I saw some part is calculated from 0,094euro/kwh some part from 0,11 euro/kwh and I'm confused.

The power company takes measurements every 4 months 

However

a) but it sends a bill (an estimate) on the first two month  (this is the 36,90 which was paid by the previous bill)

b) and in 4 months is sends the clearance with calculates the usage (223kw) plus public taxes (17.01) plus other expenses (1,61 etc)  and finds the final amount (43)

A PROBLEM in this bill is that there is an amount which was left from the previous user (26.00) and it is added to this bill (you should contact with the owner and demand to get it)

Finally, if you are planning to stay in this house you have to get the bill's on your name.

-36,9 was your payment for the previous bill (2 months ago).

17 euro are the municipality fees

26 euro was the previous unpaid bill.

you must pay 43 euro.

Rule of thumb is 18 to 20 cents per kWh. Somewhat lower for private electricity providers (about 15c/kWh for mine).
