Στις 10/11/2017 αγορασα ενα    LeTV Leeco Le Pro 3 X720 5.5-inch 6GB RAM 64GB ROM Snapdragon...  €221.47 απο Banggood. Το τηλεφωνο εφτασε 4 Δεκεμβρη Ελλαδα και καπου εκει νομιζω 5 το παρελαβα. To Νοεμβρη 2018 το τηλεφωνο  σταματησε να λειτουργει και εφοσον ηταν σε εγγυηση ακομα επικοινωνησα με το banggood για την επισκευη του τηλεφωνου. αφου με καθυστερησαν οσο μπορουσαν τελικα δεχτηκαν να τους στειλω το τηλεφωνο το οποιο εφτασε 5 Δεκεμβρη στη διευθυνση που μου εστειλαν. Απο εκει γολγοθας. Τη μια μου ελεγαν οτι πολιτικη της εταιριας ειναι αναμονη για επισκευη 9 εβδομαδες και χιλιες αλλες βλακειες. Μετα απο συνεχομενα email, καταληξαμε στο οτι το τηλεφωνο αργει να επισκευαστει και μου εκαναν προσφορα να μου το αντικαταστησουν (Λογικα το εχασαν). Εγω τους ειπα οτι δεχομαι μονο το ιδιο σε δυνατοτητες κινητο και η προσφορα τους ηταν η εξης: LeEco LeTV Le 2 X526 5.5 Inch Quick Charge 3GB RAM 32GB ROM Snapdragon 652 Octa Core 4G Smartphone 89,08€ επισκευασμενο μεταχειρισμενο. Εχει καποιος καμια ιδεα για το πως να τους πιεσω να μου αντικαταστησουν το τηλεφωνο με το ιδιο τουλαχιστον ή να μου στειλουν το παλιο επισκευασμενο χωρις να περιμενω αλλο μισο χρονο;

Can you try to put the device on charge for 30 minutes and then long press the power button and the volume up button to see if the device can be turned on?

 

If the device is still not turning on, is it possible for you to find a local service shop where you can have your device's problem repaired. Please be kind to consult about the repair expense and then inform us beforehand. If the expense is reasonable we will refund you the full repair expense. What do you think of this solution? If the repairing requires disassembling the device please kindly in form us beforehand since disassembling will cause invalidation of warranty.

I have tried the 30sec and more. I have put the phone more than 30 min. charging. Nothing happens. At first the phone was trying to boot but screen wouldn' t light up. I changed cable charger etc I pressed the power button along with the vol. up. Nothing happens the phone is dead now. Computer doesn' recognize it. I will try the service solution and I will inform you.

The phone is still in warranty. You have to repair it considering that fact. I don' t wish to pay for repair fee because the phone is still in warranty and I'm eligible for free repair. The motherboard is not broken neither the screen. It just stopped working while i was talking to the phone and never came back. I will pay for the transportation fee of the phone. I dont have the return address please send it here. Thanks in advance.

The 9 weeks have passed already and still haven't been informed about the repair of my phone. It's outrageous to wait for 9 weeks for repair and still not receiving any info. Please inform me asap about when my phone will be ready. You have received  my phone since December he 5th and still no imfo. I remind you that the phone was still in warranty and you should have repaired or replaced it asap. I'm waiting for a fast resolution of the problem!

Hello again. I believe you have been playing me all that time. Since the phone was under warranty you should have repaired or replaced the phone immediately. You are just delaying because probably you have lost my phone. I expect you in the next week to send me either the repaired phone or a replacement phone of the same value and possibilities. Please show me where in warranty is written that the phones are being checked for nine weeks and after that, where it is written that since it has been checked,  it needs more than a day as all phones do to be repaired???? Αυτα ειναι τα ρισκα του να αγοραζεις απο Κινα δυστηχως.

Και ευτυχως εσυ αγορασες ενα τηλεφωνο μικρης σχετικα αξιας,φαντασου να ειχες αγορασει ενα ακριβοτερο οπως κανουν αλλοι με Xiaomi/Oneplus κινητα....

Θα ήθελα να παρακολουθήσω την εξέλιξη απο περιέργεια.

Ενας φιλος ειχε ενα Nubia m2 που η οθονη εκανε σκιες και το στειλαμε πισω και οι ιδιοι μας ειπαν μετα από πολλά οτι δεν αλλάζουν οθόνη αλλα κάνουν refund 20% κάτω επειδή περασε ο μηνας και το κινητό εφαγε απαξίωση και ουτε τα μεταφορικά μας βάλανε (καπου στα ψιλα γράμματα τα γράφει αυτά) .

Απο τοτε κοψαμε bangood και τέτοια για οτιδήποτε αξίας,ελλαδισταν και παλι ελλαδισταν!

Πιστεύω αυτή η φούσκα πρεπει να σκασει καποια στιγμη και καλο ειναι το θεμα σου να μεινει για λίγο ψηλα στην λίστα να διαβαστεί.

Επισης χωρις να μπορω να σε συμβουλέψω σου ευχομαι να πετύχεις ότι δυνατόν καλύτερο.
