Windows couldn't log the RSoP (Resultant Set of Policies) session status. An attempt to connect to WMI failed. No more RSoP logging will be done for this application of policy.

open a cmd prompt. Change to %windir%\system32.

Type 'regsvr32 /n /I userenv.dll'

Then change to the wbem directory and type 'mofcomp scersop.mof' Then type 'gpupdate /force' and reboot the machine.

 

See if the error returns.
