Αυτό που μου έμεινε εμένα πάντως από το teaser είναι η δήλωση του σκηνοθέτη ότι θα έχει πολλά Aliens και Predators με συνέπεια πολλά φονικά!!!ΘΑ ΓΙΝΕΙ ΣΚΟΤΩΜΟΣ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Toyfas : Θα παίξει όντως και ο ΘΕΟΣ??Δεν είχα ακούσει τίποτα για αυτό...

AvP Footage Promises Action and Mayhem

Humans only get in the way.

 

February 20, 2004 - This week, Empire Online got to see some footage of the Alien vs. Predator film that is currently in post-production. No effects were completed yet, but it sounds like they still got an eyeful. Thanks to their report, we now have a clearer idea of what's going on under the deep Antarctic ice.

The story, as we know, begins with billionaire Charles Weyland taking an expedition of scientists and archaeologists to a ruined temple deep beneath the southern ice cap.

 

It turns out that the humans have impeccable timing. Impeccably bad, that is. A group of young Predators – five or so – arrive at the same time for an interstellar coming-of-age hunt. They come to hunt Alien, but they warm up by picking off the humans with nets and spears. One scene showed expedition team members frantically spraying machine gun fire into the dark corridors and recesses of the temple, but you can't shake off Predators that easily!

 

The worst is yet to come, of course. That's when the Alien hive – buried for millennia, supposedly – wake up out of hibernation and begin attacking both man and Predator.

The characters shown in the clips included Ewen Bremner ("Miller"), who seems to play the film's comic relief. Don't expect that relief to last more than halfway into the film, though. Sanaa Lathan also appeared as Lex, the film's heroine.

 

Maybe if this crossover is successful, we can hope for another Predator film. Schwarzenegger's election as the Governator means he won't be reprising his character "Dutch," but AvP provides more material to draw on. Stay tuned!
