windows 7 σε raid και clone

καλημερα εχω ενα συστημα με ενα οnboard raid controller 1 και δυο ssd δισκους ocz 60 gb.και επειδη εχουν γεμισει απο θεμα χωριτικοτητας θελω να τους αντικαταστησω με δυο 240 corsair δισκους.χωρις να κανω βεβαια format γιατι εχει πανω πολλα προγραμματα με hasp.απλα θελω κλωνο.απο το παλιο raid σε ενα νεο raid,ξερει κανεις κανενα τροπο?

Αφού έχεις raid 1, αντικαθιστάς τον ένα 60άρι με τον ένα 240άρι. Θα γίνει rebuild, και μετά αντικαθιστάς τον 2ο 60άρι όπου θα ξαναγίνει rebuild.

 

Είναι δοκιμασμένο με ίδιας χωρητικότητας δίσκους, αλλά δεν πιστεύω να υπάρχει κάποιο θέμα στην δική σου περίπτωση.

το raid ειναι πανω στους 2 ocz60αριδες .δλδ αν βγαλω τον εναν 60αρη και βαλω τον 240 corsair αφορμαριστο θα κανει μονο του rebuild? και θα ειναι οκ ? και μετα αντιστοιχα τον αλλο?

Όταν γίνει η στραβή ,αν γίνει δε θα βρείς βοήθεια πουθενά και κανείς δε θα σου υπογράψει συμβόλαιο εδώ.

Όταν με το καλό χαλάσει ο ένας ssd τότε μπες στη διαδικασία να αλλάξεις αναγκαστικά πλεόν.

 

Αν έχεις χρόνο όμως αφαίρεσε τους ssd που έχεις πάρε δυο μηχανικούς δίσκους που δε χρησιμοποιείς ,φτιάξε ένα νεο raid 1,εγκατέστησε ένα δοκιμαστικό λειτουργικό+οδηγους και αντικατέστησε τον έναν με μεγαλύτερο για να δεις το αποτέλεσμα.

Εύκολα δεν έρχονται οι απαντήσεις χεχεχε και όταν βαριέσαι ή δεν θέλεις ή δεν μπορείς πλήρωσε έναν τεχνικό

Όπως ήδη έγραψα και πιο πάνω, αυτός είναι ο σκοπός του Raid 1. Όταν ψοφήσει ο ένας δίσκος της συστοιχίας τον αντικαθιστάς και όλα δουλεύουν ρολόι.

Move a RAID 1 Volume to Larger Hard Drive

Use the following steps to move a RAID 1 volume to larger hard drives. The procedure will not require reinstallation of the operating system and will not compromise the current information on the RAID 1 volume.

1. Turn off the system and remove one of the hard drives.
2. Replace it with one of the large hard drives.
3. Turn on the system and boot into Windows*.
4. Open the Intel® Rapid Storage Technology user interface (Start > All Programs > Intel > Intel® Rapid Storage Technology).
5. Click Rebuild to another disk.
6. Select the newly added hard drive and click Rebuild.
7. Allow the rebuild to complete.
8. Restart the system and enter the Intel® Rapid Storage Technology option ROM by pressing Ctrl and i when prompted.
9. Click Reset Disks to Non-RAID. Note You may see a dialog box warning you of data loss. This warning does not apply to RAID 1; you will still be able to access your data.
10. Click Yes to confirm.
11. Click Exit and shut off the system.
12. Remove the original (smaller) hard drive from the system. This will leave only the new (larger) hard drive, acting as a single hard drive (it is no longer part of a RAID volume).
13. Turn on the system and boot into Windows. You may need to change the hard drive priority in order to boot.
14. From within Windows, use the Windows computer management tools or a third party partitioning software in order to resize the hard drive partition so that it uses the entire capacity of the hard drive.
15. Turn off the system and attach the second large hard drive.
16. Turn on the system and boot into Windows.
17. Open the Intel Rapid Storage Technology user interface and click the Create icon.
18. Follow the prompts to create a new RAID 1 volume. Your data will then be migrated from the single large hard drive to the new RAID 1 volume.

ναι αν βγαλω ομως τον 60 αρη τον ssd και βαλω τον 240 αρη θα κανει το raid rebuild απλα θα ειναι 60 γιγα.

Ποιος στοπε αυτο? Το array θα βλεπει απλα ιδιο partition με το παλιο και εσυ θα κανεις expand.

 

Μπορεις να κανεις και το αλλο που θελει χρονο. Να βαλεις τους 2 καινουργιους, να κανεις raid build και μετα να κανεις clone τους παλιους στους καινουργιους εναν εναν, ή απλα να προσθεσεις σε raid 2 καινουργιους. Οχι raid 1 ομως.

 

Κοιτα κατι υπευθυνα. Αν ειναι server κοιτα να παρεις backup γιατι το να σου κατσει η στραβη με το raid ειναι πολυ ευκολο.

 

 

Δες και εδω να παρεις καμια ιδεα και να ξερεις οτι εγω θα το εκανα απο την αρχη ολο, με φορματ δλδ.

Ναι, θα στον βλέπει σαν 60άρη. Μετά θα κάνεις reset to no raid, θα αφαιρέσεις τον 2ο 60άρι, θα μεγαλώσεις το partition σε όλο το χώρο του 240άρη, θα βάλεις τον 2ο και θα ξαναχτίσεις το raid 1.

Αυτό λέει τουλάχιστον στην παράθεση που έβαλα παραπάνω.

19. ΑΚΟΛΟΥΘΗΣΕ ΤΙΣ ΠΑΡΑΠΑΝΩ ΟΔΗΓΙΕΣ.. ΤΟ ΕΧΩ ΧΡΗΣΙΜΟΠΟΙΗΣΕΙ ΤΟΥΛΑΧΙΣΤΟΝ 3 ΦΟΡΕΣ ΓΙΑ ΝΑ ΠΑΩ ΑΠΟ 640GB RAID1 >1TB RAID1 KAI 1TBRAID1> 2TBRAID2
20. Υπάρχει όμως ένα μικρο προβλημα με τους δίσκους advanced format.. Εαν το προηγουμενο raid ήταν σε κανονικους (512/512) ετσι πρεπει να ειναι και οι νεοι δισκοι, εαν αντικαταστησεις τον παλιο δισκο με νεο μεγαλυτερης χωριτικοτητας αλλα advanced format (4048/512) ΤΟΤΕνομιζω υπάρχει προβλημα..
