Your favourite IRC client 
Alternative: mIRC with #sms4free script 

How to use 
To use this nice service, simply connect to efnet (I prefer irc.banetele.no) and join the channel #sms4free 

When you're gonna send a sms, simply type /ctcp phredrik !sms +yyxxxxxxxx <Message here> PS: yy = landcode x=tlf number 

Alternative method: 
Download mIRC from http://mirc.com and download #sms4free mIRC Script http://sms4free.gatebarn.net/download.php?file=sms4free&folder=scripts&type=zip 

When unzipped, type /load -rs sms4free\sms4free.mrc and the rest is pretty simple.
