Features:

 

- Correct player/team names.

- The majority of correct transfers to 12/05/03.

collection of uniforms yet for PES3 on the PC or PS2 and WE7 on the PS2.

- Updated stadiums for:

Instructions

 

When you have downloaded the pack and unzipped/unrared it, move the folder to the root c:/ directory.

If you don't do this, AFS Extract will not import the files because the folder name will be too long.

This is important.

 

 

Correct Player Names & Transfers

 

- Move your old option file to a backup folder location and copy the new one into the game.

- Move your old saved games to a backup folder location as the squads will now be incorrect.

- Start the game as normal. All player names & squads will now be correct.

 

Uniforms

 

- Install PES3

- Run AFS Extract

- Click File, Open AFS

- Select 'data_e' from the KONAMI/Pro Evolution Soccer 3/dat folder

- In the navigation window on the left, go to AFS File/150pl.afs/150pl_auto.afs/150pl_auto_uni.afs

- Hundreds (650 to be precise) of .bin files will appear in the navigation window on the right.

- Click once on the 150pl_auto_uni.afs file in the left navigation window so it is highlighted.

- Click Command in the top menu row. Select 'Import Folder'.

- A small 'Browse for Folder' window will appear. Locate the '[150pl_auto_uni.afs]' folder that was

included in this zip file (in the 'Latest Uniform & Flag Files' folder). Click ok.

- Wait for the '650 Files Imported' window to appear.

- The uniforms have now been inserted into the game.

- In the 'Uniforms' folder there is a .ppf file called 'collarfix'. Using ppf-o-matic, apply the .ppf

patch to the 'pes3.exe' file in the c:/Program Files/Konami/Pro Evolution Soccer 3 folder. (You will have

to select 'All Files' in the bottom of the pop-up window when you choose the 'ISO File' so the 'pes3.exe'

file appears.

 

 

Stadiums

 

Follow the instructions in each stadium folder. For the Delle Alpi stadium, you need to import

"st_kb_st12w_tc" into "st_kb_st01w_tc". Juventus has one of the licensed stadiums in the game so

this file gives exclusive adboards just for the Juventus stadium.

 

 

Ad Boards

 

- Use the same method as for the uniforms.

- Copy the files in the Ad Boards folder to the data_e.afs file. You should find the location for

these files with no problem.

 

 

Referee Uniforms

 

- Use the same method as for the uniforms.

- Copy the files in the Ad Boards folder to the data_e.afs file. You should find the location for

these files with no problem.

 

 

Custom Option Files

 

The custom option files are identical to the Evolution 1.0 option file except that the default players

in the Master League are replaced with the actual players for the specific team you wish to play with.

Obviously, to play with Manchester United players you have to load the Manchester United option file, etc.

 

 

Flags

 

- PES3 should already be installed.

- Run AFS extract

- Click File, Open AFS

- Select 'data_e' from the KONAMI/Pro Evolution Soccer 3/dat folder

- In the navigation window on the left, go to AFS File/030general.afs

- Various files will appear in the navigation window on the right.

- Highlight the first three files (flag_160f.flg, flag_281c.flg & flag_4030.flg).

- Click Command in the top menu row. Select 'Import File'.

- A small 'Browse for Folder' window will appear. Locate the 'Latest Uniform & Flag Files' folder

that was included in this zip file. Click ok.

- Wait for the 3 Files Imported' window to appear.

- The flags have now been inserted into the game.

 

 

Shoes

 

- Run AFS extract

- Import 'data_e' from the KONAMI/Pro Evolution Soccer 3/dat folder

- Find folder '020boot\020boot_1\020boot_1_pl\020boot_1_pl_tex\020boot_1_pl_tex_ee'

- Import the file 'shoes_ee_texnew.bin' over 'shoes_ee_tex.bin'

- Find folder '020boot\020boot_1\020boot_1_pl\020boot_1_pl_tex\020boot_1_pl_tex_gs'

- Import the file 'shoes_gs_texnew.bin' over 'shoes_gs_tex.bin'.

 

Ensure that the uniforms are set to default in the editing section of the game if you have amended any

of them yourself otherwise they will not show. The same goes for the flags.

Slow-Down Fixes - XP Only

 

METHOD ONE

 

- Make sure you don't have large applications (e.g. Word, Photoshop, etc.) running in the background.

- Go to PES settings and set game in windowed mode with resolution set the same as your desktop.

- Start game in window and bring up Windows Task Manager (normally by ctrl+alt+del)

- Click on the 'Processes' tab at the top under the main menu.

- Right click on pes.exe.

- 'Set Priority' to 'Realtime' then return to the game.

- Maximize the window for full screen if required.

 

METHOD TWO

 

- Run the game in Windows 98 compatability mode - this has helped many people.

 

METHOD THREE

 

- Try Konami's new official 1.30.1 patch.

PES3/PC *new* UEFA CL MEGAPATCH by ganxxxter out now

here some facts:

 

- all teams of UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE 2003/2004

- all names corrected

- all new transfers up to 30/03/04 added e.g. Davids to Barcelona, Reyes to Arsenal

- all club players look more realistic now-> corrected height, weight, hairstyle, haircolour of all club players

- all ingame faces added correctly to the right players (over 200 original faces make the game look more realistic)

- back numbers of all club teams/players corrected

- corrected colours for all the back numbers

- affiliation of all the player's shoes corrected, every player wears now the boots, which he wears in reality e.g. Vieira wears Supernovas, Ashley Cole Adidas F-50 etc.

- no players twice in the game

- no id-bugs

- corrected affiliation of the stadiums, every team plays now in the stadium, which is locally the nearest to it; the Master League takes completely place in Europe now/ turkish teams play in Germany(Olympiastadion)

- Formations of all the teams corrected: I decided not to use realistic formations, because I didn't want superstars or player's with really good stats to use as substitutes.

- numbers on the player's shorts removed, because they lay often on the team logos

- corrected affiliation of boots: e.g. Vieira wears Supernovas, Ashley Cole Adidas F-50 etc

- corrected radar colours

- corrected team colours of all the club teams: their fans/supporters wear now clothes in the team's colours

- all club, national and referee kits included

- new keeper gloves, assigned correctly to the teams

- corrected stadium names, corrected referee names

- stadium updates for all the european stadiums in the game: all Konami, WE etc. banners were replaced with the right banners of each stadium

- 9 different boots: 4 are editable/ 5 non-editable boots: Adidas Gun Metal Predators, Adidas Supernovas, Adidas Red Predators, Adidas F-50, Adidas Predator Lunar

- all wefa-texts/ wefa pictures in the menu replaced with UEFA-texts or pics

- CL-menus + CL-scoreboard

- new CL-Ball

- CL-banners

- new background music: A little less conversation, Football's coming home, Samba de Janeiro, Carnaval de Paris, We will rock you added for menu music, CL-anthem as entrance music, We are the Champions as stadium and menu music after a won competition, Freestyler for the highlights during the match: all the new music complete and in CD quality

- 6 goal jingles assigned to the correct stadiums: Hey Baby, Tumbthumbing, I will survive, Carnaval de Paris, Samba de Janeiro, Song 2, ATTENTION: Goal jingles are not played after every goal, they're played, if you play in the ***, **** or ***** level of difficulty and it doesn't work in every stadium
