Δεν μπορώ να συνδεθώ στο wordpress από το localhost

Καλησπέρα και καλή Χρονιά σε όλους.

Θέλω να στήσω μια ιστοσελίδα με το wordpress στον υπολογιστή μου.

Ξεκίνησα εχθές. Έκανα εγκατάσταση το xampp, δημιούργησα τη βάση μου και μπήκα στο control panel του wordpress κανονικά. Έκανα logout και μετά από ώρα μπόρεσα και ξανα συνδεθηκα.

Σήμερα προσπαθώ να μπω αλλά όταν γράφω στον browser localhost/wordpress/κλπ... εμφανίζεται αυτό:

 

Unable to connect

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at localhost.

    The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
    If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
    If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

 

Έκανα εγκατάσταση το xampp και ο Apache και η MySQL τρέχουν κανονικά.

 

Τι μπορεί να φταίει;;;

Μήπως τρέχει κάτι άλλο στη θύρα 80 (συνήθως το Skype) που εμποδίζει τον Apache; Από άλλον browser μπορείς να συνδεθείς;

Από κανέναν δεν μπορώ να συνδεθώ και δεν τρέχω τον Apache στη θύρα 80... Όταν εγκατέστησα το xampp δεν έτρεχε ο Apache και έτσι την άλλαξα και έβαλα Listen 8080. Έτσι μπορούσα να το τρέχω και μπορούσα να συνδεθώ όποια στιγμή ήθελα.

Αν έχεις αλλάξει port τότε το σωστό είναι localhost:8080/wordpress. Δοκίμασε και με 127.0.0.1 αντί για localhost. Επίσης, τσέκαρε στα logs του Apache αν αναφέρει κάποιο πρόβλημα.

Ούτε με το 127.0.0.1

Μου βγάζει το ίδιο στον browser.

Δε φαίνεται κάτι στο log, ίσως υπάρχει στο σημείο που εκκινείται ο server. Δεν μπορώ να σκεφτώ κάτι άλλο :/
