Windows 10 User Account 'Αγνωστος...

Χρειάζομε βοήθεια..

Λοιπόν έχω τα Windows 10 και σήμερα στο login screen εμφανίστηκε ένα νέο local user account με όνομασια: nkgwz4kyq . Ποτέ δεν το έχω κάνει και κανείς άλλος δεν χρησιμοποιεί τον υπολογιστή.

Το σβήνω και όταν κάνω επανεκίνηση τον υπολογιστή ξαναεμφανίζετε (δεν θυμάμαι αν είχε την ίδια ονομασία).

 

Υ.Γ Λαμβάνω τελευταία καθημερινά ψεύτικα email me trojans και κάθε μέρα το Eset τα καθαρίζει.

 

Μήπως σχετίζονται αυτά μεταξύ τους αν γνωρίζει κάποιος ή ξέρει κάτι παραπάνω ας μου πεί τι να κάνω.

Έκανα έλεγχο και με το Εset και με το malwarebytes και δεν βρίσκουν τίποτα..

Σε ποιο γκρουπ ανήκει αυτός ο user? Αν είναι admin και δεν βρίσκεις μόλυνση κάνε καλύτερα φορματ

Βρίσκεται στο other users.

Please update your anti-virus and then run a complete scan. If it does not help, I would suggest you to uninstall your anti-virus(You may install your anti-virus after you are done troubleshooting)and then run a scan using Windows Defender  (Check this thread as well)which is built into Windows 10. Update before performing the scan. If the issue persists, start the computer in a clean boot and then start the scan. Please do not forget to start the computer in normal mode after you are done troubleshooting. If new user accounts are being created on their own it is usually caused by virus infections. Please log into your account and enable User Account control for additional security. Type UAC in the search tab at task bar and check the settings accordingly.
