προβλημα (μαλλον) με το ZTE router του ΟΤΕ

Καλησπερες, τελευταια τρωω πολλες αποσυνδεσεις και εχουν σταθερο μοτιβο, περιπου 1 καθε 2ωρο.

 

Στους browser μου εμφανιζει το μηνυμα dns probe finished no internet και dns probe finished bad config, αλλα το προβλημα ειναι στη γραμμη, το λαμπακι του ιντερνετ σβηνει και του dsl αναβοσβηνει και δεν μενει σταθερο.

 

Πηρα τηλεφωνο στον ΟΤΕ 3 φορες.

Τις πρωτες 2 ειπαν οτι θα το φτιαξουν απομακρυσμενα. Μου αυξησαν το margin μεχρι τα 14 αλλα τιποτα. Επισης οι αποσυνδεσεις οπως μου ειπαν δεν ειχαν καταχορυθει ολες σε αυτους, που μου φανηκε παραξενο και υπεθεσα οτι φταιει το ρουτερ.

Kαι σημερα με την τριτη εστηλαν τεχνικο, oμως ολα τα βγηκαν φυσιολογικα χωρις προβληματα στην γραμμη. Χρησιμοποιησαν ως διακαιολογια οτι ενα τηλεφωνο δεν ειχε spliter και εφυγαν, και το προβλημα παραμενει.

 

Οποτε υπαρχει περίπτωση να ειναι ελαττωματικο, να μαζευει μονο του πολλα errors και να τρωει DC? Υπαρχει το log του ρουτερ αλλα δεν καταλαβαινω τπτ

Δεν ξερω αν παιζει καποιο ρολο αλλα ειμαι συνδεδεμενος σε γραμμη fastpath.

α,ολα τα τηλεφωνα θελουν φιλτρο.

β,και ο συναγερμος θελει φιλτρο.

γ.μπορει και να φταιει το ρουτερ μπορει και η γραμμη μπορει και η καλωδιωση σου.

στην μια περιπτωση βρισκεις ή αγοραζεις αλλο ρουτερ γιατι ετσι και αλλιως το zte ειναι για πεταμα.στην δευτερη περιπτωση πρεπει να δεις ή εσυ ή ο οτε ή καποιος που ξερει ποσο συγχρονιζεις κατω στον κατανεμητη /box και ποσο πανω για να δεις αν φταιει κατι στην καλωδιωση του σπιτιου σου ή να φταιει στο κομματι του οτε.ο τεχνικος δεν το ειδε αυτο?
