Πιθανο προβλημα με Singapore Post

Σωστός! Μπήκα από τον λογαριασμό μου και μου έβγαλε από 29/1, ενώ από τον γούγλη βγάζει το πρώτο.

Καποιος που αγορασε Φεβρουαριο του ηρθε μαιλ για 180 μερες. Οτι γραφει στο μαιλ που λαβατε ειναι νομικα κατοχυρωμενο, μην κανετε καμμια απερισκεψια.

Ελαβα απαντηση απο Paypal, και επιβεβαιωνουν για τις 180 μερες εαν δεν εχει γινει παραλαβη του δεματος, ΑΛΛΑ παρακατω γραφει κατα λεξη:

 

" Why can't I open a dispute any longer?

You need to open a dispute within the 45-day deadline in which PayPal can investigate buyer complaints.

This timeframe is outlined in our legal agreements and as such, we cannot investigate a dispute that was opened after 45 days. We cap the timeframe for opening a buyer complaint to let sellers know that they should keep their postal information and other relevant transaction details for this period. We have found that in most cases 45 days is a sufficient timeframe for a buyer to notify PayPal that they have not received their item, or that there is a problem with the item that they have received.

Although we cannot investigate a transaction after 45 days, you can open a buyer dispute. Your dispute will be noted on the seller's records. This may encourage your seller to communicate with you and try to reach a resolution in this matter. In some exceptional cases, we may be able to investigate the claim at a later time. This normally only occurs if we receive a large volume of complaints against the seller."

 

Αυτο που καταλαβαινω ειναι πως ανοιγεις, οπως και να εχει, dispute στις 45 μερες (αν καταλαβα καλα, γιατι το κεφαλι μου εχει γινει καζανι με ολα αυτα)

Οι 180 μέρες ισχύουν για αγορές που έγιναν από τις 29 Ιανουαρίου και μετά.
