Προβλημα με mp3

Γεια σας αγορασα απο το ebay το συγκεκριμενο mp3 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/141416366561?_trksid=p2060778.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT.Οταν συνδεω το mp3με το λαπτοπ δεν μου το αναγνωριζει και δεν μπορω να περασω αρχεια .  Επικοινωνησα με τν πωλητη και μου ειπε αυτο  Dear Customer
