Ενώ σε Battlefield θα είχε γεμίσει ο τόπος trailers και teasers, εδώ έχω βαρεθεί να βλέπω μόνο Hoth και Jakku.

μόνο και  που έβαλαν μύγες εμένα με ξίνισε πολύ , η λιγότερη ελευθερία σε κίνηση του ΑΤ ΑΤ , το στιλ αερομαχιών που είναι προστατεύστε το σκάφος δείχνουν αρκετά περιορισμένο παιχνίδι και πολύ όμοιο με cod . Θα το αγοράσω βέβαια λόγο οτι δεν παίζω πολύ καιρό τωρα καποιο fps και είναι start wars...

Σίγουρα αυτό το παιχνίδι είναι flop και δεν χρειάζεται να το παίξουμε. ΕΑ είναι. Το θέμα είναι, αν δεν θέλουν να το κάνουν φλοπ πρέπει να αφαιρέσουν την σκατένια τακτική τους με DLC-whoring. Αλλά τι λέω; Από την στιγμή που ζώα αγοράζουν τα DLC δεν θα σταματήσουν και αυτοί. Εντέλει, οι παίκτες διαμορφώνουν πόσο καλό θα είναι το παιχνίδι.

Star Wars Battlefront beta will be open, multiplayer and mission modes confirmed

 

 

 

The Star Wars Battlefront beta is still without a date, but EA has said it will contain both offline and online modes including co-op and split-screen co-op. The firm also provided more details on the maps and modes to expect.

 

Multiplayer modes included in the beta will include Drop Zone on Sullust and Walker Assault on Hoth.

The missions for single-player with AI, online and split-screen co-op will include Survival mode on Tatooine.

“The final date will be announced as soon as we have the final details locked in, said the game’s community manager Mathew Everett.

 

“The beta will consist of both our offline and online modes including co-op and split-screen co-op, and it will take place on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and via Origin for PC, so we have you covered regardless of your next generation platform of choice.”

 

The beta will be available on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One sometime in early October and it will be open to everyone regardless of pre-order status.

 

Star Wars Battlefront will be released on the aforementioned platforms November 17.

Origin?! Δύσκολα...έχω να βάλω από το BF3 και δεν νομίζω να το ξανά κάνω ποτε install. Πρώτη φορα πάντως που έχω anti-hype για star wars game.

Alpha Tester Says Star Wars Battlefront is “Broken”

There has been an alarming accusation thrown in the direction of Star Wars Battlefront, with an alleged alpha tester of the game claiming that it is fundamentally broken.

The claim was made by NeoGAF user Illucio, who wrote: “I’ve been Alpha testing a few games and I can say Battlefront is a complete mess and is broken. Considering that their deadline for the game is in a few weeks and they still haven’t fixed the majority of the in game problems let alone the connection problem me and other testers were having, yes it’s going to be a mess. And even a day 1 patch won’t fix all of them, I don’t know too much outside what I played, but the game is indeed rushed and it’s all because of Episode 7 releasing this December.

“And in retrospect I also tested black ops 3 which even though it had many problems, it was no where as bad as Battlefront.”

While this claim is unsubstantiated and is just the word of a man on the Internet (and, as we all know, Internet users have a habit of lying), many have expressed concerns that Battlefront being released to tie in with the upcoming Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens could lead to EA rushing it out of the gate. EA COO Peter Moore has already claimed that this will not be the case, telling MCV that if the game is broken, the company will delay its release.

”Well you can’t ship it if it doesn’t work or the quality isn’t right… You just bite the bullet,” Moore said, continuing: “Trust me, shipping Hardline in March was not the easiest thing to do from a business perspective, but it was the right thing to do from a player perspective.

“We’d have no compunction, no hesitation that if something went wrong with Battlefront, if it wasn’t right, we would just push it.”

However, if this alleged alpha tester’s claims are to be believed, then the game will suffer from a troubled launch. For what it’s worth, footage of the game being played in its alpha stages has been uploaded to YouTube, and these clips suggest that it is working fine, though given the amount of games that tend to release with launch day problems these days (and EA/developer DICE’s own history), we’d still recommend against pre-ordering, though that is suggestible for any game after how many times we’ve been scorned by release day bugs, glitches, server troubles and countless other issues.

Hopefully the NeoGAF user’s claims are revealed to be untrue, and that Star Wars fans will be able to play a worthy addition to the Battlefront series when the game is released in November.

Star Wars: Battlefront – Open Beta Phase Will Begin On October 8th, Playable Modes Detailed

 

DICE shared more details about these three modes:

• Walker Assault on Hoth: Fight in epic 40-player battles as a Rebel to destroy the Empire’s onslaught of AT-ATs by calling in Y-wing bombers. Or, side with the Empire and protect your walkers while utilizing their mighty weaponry to crush the Rebel objective.
• Drop Zone on Sullust: Escape pods are crashing down and you and your team must fight to control them. With its frantic 8v8 matches, Drop Zone is sure to put your combat and strategy skills to the test.
• Survival Mission on Tatooine: Play alone offline or with a friend via co-op or split-screen as you battle to hold off waves of Imperial forces including AT-STs, TIE fighters, elite stormtroopers and more.
