Σύνδεση ΑΤΑ δίσκου (Maxtor 6Y080L0)

Καλησπέρα. Έχω τον συγκεκριμένο δίσκο και μέχρι τώρα (από λάθος) ήταν συνδεδεμένος να τρέχει σε ulta dma mode 2. Άλλαξα το καλώδιο (τον συνέδεσα με 80conductor) και τώρα ο δίσκος τρέχει σε udma mode 5 (παρόλο που 6 είναι το μέγιστο που υποστηρίζει). Δεν με πειράζει τόσο αυτό, όσο ότι πλέον εμφανίζεται ως Primary slave. Δεν υπάρχει κάποια άλλη συσκευή στο μηχάνημα, παρα μόνο αυτός ο δίσκος. Υπάρχει κάποιο προβλημα να παραμείνει primary slave? Το jumper έχει αφαιρεθεί από τον δίσκο.

 

ΥΓ. Αυτός είναι ο δίκσος από τον οποίο τρέχουν τα windows, δεν χρησιμοποιείται για αποθήκη.

Αν συνεχίζει να μπουτάρει το σύστημα δεν υπάρχει κανένα πρόβλημα στο πως τον βλέπει τον δίσκο,προβλήματα ενδεχομένως να εμφανιστούν αν θελήσεις να βάλεις και κάποιο cd/dvd στο ίδιο καλώδιο.
