Προβλημα εγκαταστασης

Καλησπερα....Μπορει να μου πει καποιος πως κανουμε εγκατασταση αυτο το update

αυτα τα βηματα τα βρηκα και εγω αλλα δε βγαζουν νοημα,δεν γινεται κατι απλος κανει φορματ στο usb stick και τιποτα αλλο

Δεν κάνει απλά format, φτιάχνει usb boot disk, bootareis με αυτό και κανεις την εγκατάσταση
