Για το powerpoint ο keleysths τα λέει σωστά.

Αν και δεν υπάρχει καμιά ταλαιπωρία στο να βάλεις διαφορετικό φόντο σε κάποιες διαφάνειες και σε κάποιες το ίδιο. Δημιουργείς 4-5 ή όσες θέλεις με διαφορετικό φόντο και μετά κάνεις Copy-Paste στην αριστερή μπάρα των διαφανειών σε όποια έχει το φόντο που το θέλεις περισσότερες φορές.

 

Για το Word όμως διάβασε το παρακάτω...:

Create a different header or footer for part of a document

 

A document must first be divided into sections in order to create a different header or footer for part of a document.

 

1. If you haven't done so already, insert a section break where you want to start a new section that contains a different header or footer.

How?

 

2. Click where you want to insert a section break.

On the Insert menu, click Break.

Under Section break types, click the option that describes where you want the new section to begin.

Click in the section for which you want to create a different header or footer.

 

3. On the View menu, click Header and Footer.

 

4. On the Header and Footer toolbar, click Same as Previous to break the connection between the header and footer in the current section and the previous section.

Microsoft Word no longer displays "Same as Previous" in the up per-right corner of the header or footer.

 

5. Change the existing header or footer, or create a new one for this section.

Πάντως να ξέρεις ότι με ελάχιστο ψάξιμο στο Help του Office βρίσκεις αυτό που θέλεις...
