USB 3.0 Support

With superfast transfer rates of up to 5 Gbps, users are able to experience an almost a 10x improvement over USB 2.0. SATA 6 Gbps Support

 

Yet another onboard feature of the GIGABYTE GA-790FXTA-UD5, GA-790XTA-UD4 and GA-770TA-UD3 motherboards is Marvell’s new 88SE9128 chips for high-speed SATA Revision 3.0 compatibility, delivering superfast 6Gbps link speeds for twice the data transfer rates of SATA Revision 2.0 (3 Gbps). When used in RAID 0 (Stripe) mode, the GIGABYTE AMD 700A series motherboards offer even faster data transfer rates of up to 4x the speed of current SATA interfaces. Και όταν κυκλοφορήσουν συσκευές sata3 και usb3 αυτή η μητρική θα είναι και παλιά,και το usb3,sata3 θα υπάρχει σε όλες τις μητρικές της εποχής ακόμη και σε μητρικές των 50€.

usb3.0 παίζει να υπάρχουν, αν όχι θα βγουν πριν τελειώσει η χρονιά

We must agree with MSI on this one as there is not a single device on the market that actually supports either of these new standards, and although the implementation might give you a future-proof motherboard, we must wonder how big is the extra cost that you'll have to pay for such a motherboard.

The HDD companies are scrambling to support the SATA 6.0Gbps, and Seagate should have its Barracuda XT 2TB up and ready pretty soon, but according to some of the first reports, it will have a premium price of US $299, and performance gain will not be drastic. On the same note, SSDs are yet to become affordable as currently these are limited to enthusiasts with deep pockets.

Τι να το κάνεις το sata3 για μηχανικό σκληρό όμως;Δεν ξέρω εγώ πιστεύω ότι απλά τις μητρικές αυτές τις βγάλαν για να τα τσεπώσουν.

 

Μόλις αρχίσουν να βγαίνουν συσκευές για sata3,usb3 και να έχει και νόημα η χρήση τους μετά από λίγο καιρό που θα αρχίσουν να πέφτουν και λίγο οι τιμές τους θα είναι στο τζαμπέ sata3 και usb3 σε όλα τα chipsets.

Γιατί.. πιστεύεις ότι λίγοι είναι εκείνοι που θα εντυπωσιαστούν απ' το συγκεκριμένο χαρακτηριστικό έστω και για HDD;

Βασικά εγώ θα τον αγοράσω κιόλας.

 

Σοβαρά.Αλλά στα 160€.

 

 

Και σε κανένα και βάλε χρόνο.

 

 

Και εννοείται πως περίπου τα μισά θα τα βγάλω από την πώληση των 3 640άριδων που έχω.

η καλύτερη αγορά πάντως τώρα για storage HDD είναι οι 1.5ΤΒ βάση GB/euro

Όταν θα αλλάξω τους σκληρούς η μητρική μου που θα κοστίζει max 130€ θα έχει 8sata III slots

Εκτός και εάν βάλεις κανα μπουρί internet-connection και σε χάσουμε μέσα στον όγκο των αρχείων…

2 θέλω μόνο για τους SSD ρα

1 για το DVD

3 HDD έχω ήδη και είναι σχεδόν γεμάτοι.(Και δεν έχει βγει ακόμη ο άρχοντας σε BR )

Ε θα νιώθω οριακός αν δεν έχω και 2-3 slots να περισσεύουν.

Με 6 slots δεν πας πουθενά τη σήμερον ημέρα.
