However aided by a little mouse named called Pip, the love of the beautiful Juliet and the three muskehounds; Porthos, Aramis and Athos, Dogtanian manages to eventually enroll as a muskehound and thwart many a plot to kill the king, expose the queen as an adulterer and generally keep France a safer place. To celebrate these achievements apples were often tossed into the air and sliced impressively.

Tooter doesn't speak, but he toots from the snorkel on his head. Daffney is th prissy friend, and Dimmy is the one lacking intelligence. Uncle Galio is a scientist and the Uncle of Allstar. Willie is Junior's brother, and very annoying. Put them all together and you have a real motley crew who goes on all sorts of underwater adventures. It is very similar to the Smurfs.
