Σοβαρό πρόβλημα με Ίντερνετ

Λοιπόν έχω το εξής πρόβλημα (Έχω XP) .Πήγα σήμερα να ανοίξω τον υπολογιστή και δεν μπορούσε να μπει στο Ιντερνετ.Λέω λοιπόν ας κάνω επαναφορά συστήματος,Με το που κάνω επαναφορά συστήματος αρχισε να μπαίνει στο Ιντερνετ .Με το που το κλείνω όμως και ξανανοίγω τον υπολογιστή ,άρχισε πάλι και δεν έμπαινε στο Ιντερνετ.

Τι να φταίει;

Έχω κάνει φορματ για αυτο το λόγο, έχω τρέξει antivirus το Nod32.

Τίποτα.

Μήπως χρειάζομαι κανένα ειδίκο antivirus ή antispyware?

Δεν είναι πρόβλημα της γραμμής μου

Αφου στα άλλα κομπιουτερ έχω ιντερνετ.

Αναβαθμίσεις έχω κάνει μεχρι το service pack 3

Δεν το χω λύσει ακόμα το πρόβλημα.

Πήγαινε έναρξη- εκτέλεση δώσε cmd

μετά γράψε ipconfig

και route print

και γράψε εδώ τι έβγαλε για να καταλάβουμε τι γίνετε

Πρόκειτε μάλλον για το γνωστό πρόβλημα που πρέκυψε απο update της eset.

 

Δοκίμασε τις παρακάτω λύσεις..

Version 1047 of the ESET Smart Security Personal firewall module was released Monday, June 22, 2009. After downloading the new version, some users may have experienced difficulty connecting to the Internet, depending on their system configurations. The problem can be fixed by downloading version 1048 of the Personal firewall module. To check what version of the Personal firewall you have, please follow the steps below:

 

1. Open the main program window by clicking the ESET icon next to the system clock or by clicking Start → All Programs → ESET → ESET Smart Security.

 

2. Click Help and support → About ESET Smart Security. In the About ESET Smart Security Window, scroll down until you see Personal firewall module. If the numbers read anything other than 1047, do not proceed.

 

If you have downloaded and installed version 1047 of the Personal firewall module, please follow the steps below for your version:

 

ESET Smart Security 4.0

 

1. Open the main program window by clicking the ESET icon next to the system clock or by clicking Start → All Programs → ESET→ ESET Smart Security.

 

2. Click Setup → Temporarily disable Personal firewall.

 

3. Press the F5 key to display the Advanced Setup window. From the menu tree, click Update and then click the Setup... button to enter the Advanced update setup window.

 

 

4. In the Update mode tab of the Advanced setup window, select the Enable test mode option under Test mode heading. Click OK to confirm your settings and then click OK again to return to the main program window.

 

 

5. Click Update → Update virus signature database to update your ESET Smart Security Personal firewall module to version 1048.

 

6. Check your Internet connectivity by opening a web browser and browsing to http://www.google.com.'>http://www.google.com. If it is not functional, restart your computer and test your connectivity again.

 

ESET Smart Security (3.0)

 

1. Open the main program window by clicking the ESET icon next to the system clock or by clicking Start → All Programs → ESET→ ESET Smart Security.

 

2. Click Setup → Temporarily disable Personal firewall. Click Yes to confirm.

 

3. Press the F5 key to display the Advanced Setup window. Click Update and in the Update server section click Edit….

 

 

4. In the Update servers field, add the following update server, depending on your license version:

 

If you have purchased a full ESET Smart Security license, use the following update server: http://update.eset.com/eset_upd/pre/

 

If you are using a trial version of ESET Smart Security, use the following update server: http://update.eset.com/eset_eval/pre/

 

 

Click OK to confirm your settings and then click OK in the Advanced Setup window to return to the main program window.

5. Click Update → Update virus signature database from the main program window. The ESET Smart Security Personal firewall module will update to version 1048.

 

6. Check your Internet connectivity by opening a web browser and browsing to http://www.google.com. If it is not functional, restart your computer and test your connectivity again.
