Trico-Η συνέχεια του Ico μόνο για PS3

Μόλις διέρρευσε εβδομάδες πριν την επίσημη ανακοίνωση το πρώτο trailer του νέου παιχνιδιού από την ομάδα Ico.Το project φέρει την κωδική ονομασία Trico.Παρακολουθείστε το trailer πρίν διαγραφεί:

First details on the ICO and Shadow of the Colossus developers PlayStation 3 project may have just leaked online, just a few weeks before the game was expected to make an appearance at E3.

 

The alleged trailer for "Project TRICO," by way of PlayStation Lifestyle, begins with a scene that might be familiar to followers of Team ICO's work. The PlayStation developer teased the opening imagery in a job recruiting ad that ran last year. The rest will look completely new.

 

The Project TRICO trailer shows the interaction of a young boy who bears a striking resemblance to the lead character in ICO and a giant animal that looks part feline, part rodent—a giant feathery, furry thing that has clearly had its wings clipped. The trailer shows off possible gameplay mechanics that fit in with previous Team ICO games, namely cooperative platforming over architecture that fits in aesthetically with the series.

 

The purported teaser also highlights thematic elements present in ICO and Shadow of the Colossus—the latter, at one point, code-named "NICO"—and looks like it could fit in the same universe.

 

Team ICO lead Fumito Ueda spoke briefly about the still unannounced game at this year's Game Developers Conference, saying "the essence of the game is similar to ICO."

 

We've contacted Sony Computer Entertainment America reps to verify if the trailer is genuine.

είναι ιδέα μου η το κάνουν λίγο πιο kiddy/casual? δεν μάρεσε το παιδάκι,και αποτι φαίνεται απο το τραιλερ θα έχεις μαζί σου το τσιουάουα θα το ταίζεις και μπούρδες.μακάρι να μην είναι ετσι ,ελπίζω να διαψευστώ στα gameplay videos,αλλα πιστεύω οτι θα το έχεις σαν πετ και θα σε βοηθάει να σκοτώνεις bosses και να κανεις explore dungeons.θα πρωτειμούσα ένα sotc 2 πάντος(είχαν βγεί φήμες και για online).για να δούμε η Ε3 είναι κοντά

This is early test footage from well over a year ago that was shown internally. This is not a trailer that would be shown at E3. This is not an indication that the game will be shown at this year's E3, or even this year's TGS.

 

This is just that test footage. All it confirms is that the game exists (duh!), and that it features a boy and a birdrat colossus that aids him.

 

The Music is from MILLER'S CROSSING, a 1990's Coen Brothers movie. Just a placeholder.

Πολύ καλό φαίνεται

Ίσως το μόνο PS3-exclusive για το οποίο στεναχωριέμαι που δεν έχω PS3 (άντε και το Little Big Planet...).

 

Τα Ico και Shadow of the Colossus είναι τα 2/3 αγαπημένα μου παιχνίδια ever (το τρίτο είναι το Οκami), οπότε όταν με το καλό βγει, εννοείται πως θα δανειστώ ένα PS3 από κάποιον φίλο για να το παίξω...

 

Έστω και αν το τρέιλερ είναι 1+ χρόνου, φανερώνει κάποιους από τους βασικούς μηχανισμούς του gameplay και κυρίως επιβεβαιώνει τα λεγόμενα του Ueda ότι θα είναι συνδυασμός στοιχείων του SotC (γιγαντιαίο πλάσμα) και του Ico (σύντροφος που βοηθά στην επίλυση των γρίφων), αλλά θα κλίνει πιο πολύ προς το Ico (ο σκοπός τουλάχιστον φαίνεται να είναι παρόμοιος με του Ico, ίσως η απόδραση από κάποιο κάστρο???)

 

Μάλλον είμαι ο μόνος μη-κάτοχος PS3 που το περιμένω με τόση ανυπομονησία...
