Mythtv πως δουλευει;

Στο αλλο τοπικ ειδατε εχω προβλημα με kaffeine και opengl drivers και ελεγα μηπως μπορω να κανω δουλεια μου με το mythtv

το εγκατεστησα αλλα δεν καταλαβα τι κανει , με βγαζει σε ενα configuration να βαλω port κλπ

εγω θελω να πιασω τα καναλια απο dvb receiver οπως το kaffeine

Το mythtv "αποτελείται" από 2 προγράμματα που χρειάζεται να τρέξεις για να βλέπεις τηλεόραση. Το πρώτο είναι το mythbackend(server) και το δεύτερο είναι το mythfrontend (client).

Τα λογικά βήματα για το mythtv είναι:

• Κάνεις την εγκατάσταση των πακέτων
  
• Πρέπει να φτιαχτεί μια βάση mysql. Συνήθως κατά την εγκατάσταση δημιουργείται και η βάση
  
• Τρέχεις το mythtv-setup και προσθέτεις μια capture card
  
• Επίσης προσθέτεις ένα Video Source
  
• Στο input connections αντιστοιχίζεις την κάρτα με το video source που έχεις φτιάξει στα προηγούμενα βήματα.
  
• Τέλος στο μενού channel editor μπορείς να κάνεις scan για κανάλια
  
• Αφού τελειώσεις με το mythtv-setup, τρέχεις το mythfilldatabase για να περαστούν τα κανάλια στη βάση και
  
• Τρέχεις το mythbackend (συνήθως σαν υπηρεσία) και το mythfrontend
  

 

Για το kaffeine δεν ξέρω τι παίζει. Xine δε χρησιμοποιεί; Το xine έχει output drivers για opengl;
