Καλησπέρα.

 

Στο laptop που έχω εγκατεστημένα Windows XP, θέλω να κάνω διορθωτική εγκατάσταση. Βάζω το cd των XP, μπαίνει στην μπλε οθόνη (αυτήν που αρχίζει να κατεβάζει διάφορους drivers), αλλά πρωτού φτάσει στο σημείο που ρωτάει αν θα κάνει Repair ή νέα εγκατάσταση, μου πετάει σε μία μπλε οθόνη το μήνυμα:

και δυστυχώς όλα σταματάνε εκεί.

Φιλε γνωμη μου ειναι μακρια απο Repair.Το επιχείρησα μια φορα και ολα εγειναν κ....ος. τα μοισα προγράμματα δεν δούλευαν αλλα και με το win-update εγινε ενας χαμος και δεν μπορούσε μετα να κατεβάσει κανενα update.γι αυτο καλυτερα ενα backup τον αρχειων σου και format η γνωμη μου..

Μα ακόμη και format και επανεγκατάσταση να θέλω να ξεκινήσω, δε με αφήνει. Γιατί, για να φτάσεις στο σημείο να κάνεις την εγκατάσταση με το format, πρέπει να πας σε κείνο το σημείο που επιλέγεις repair ή εγκατάσταση. Και δε με αφήνει να πάω καν σε κείνο το σημείο.

 

Μου μυρίζει hardware πρόβλημα...

Λάθος. Η επιλογή repair windows είναι σωτήρια σε πάρα πολλές περιπτώσεις. Διορθώνει το σύστημα και το κάνει "της κούτας".

 

Μην πάρεις απόφαση μόνος σου για format. Δείξ' το σε κάποιο φίλο σου ειδικό αν έχεις, αλλιώς σε service...

CAUSE

This problem may occur if the file that is described in the error message is corrupted. The following files are checked for integrity when Microsoft Windows XP starts:

• All driver files (except those that are loaded by the system loader to start. the computer)

• All dynamic-link libraries (DLLs), including User, Graphics Device Interface (GDI), Shell, Kernel, Ntdll, Crtdll, and others.

This problem may occur if you install an inappropriate driver for your hardware. For example, you receive one of the error messages that are described in the "Summary" section if you install a millions of instructions per second (MIPS) driver on an X86-based computer.

 

This problem may occur if an Iomega Zip drive is on the same integrated device electronics (IDE) cable as the hard disk drive.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, obtain a new copy of the corrupted file or reinstall Windows XP. If you continue to receive any one of the error messages that are described in the "Summary" section after you reinstall Windows XP, a hardware problem or a network problem may exist.

Hello to all again,

After much aggrivation I was able to repair the system without any loss of data.

I hope the following steps might help someone else if having the same problem.

 

1) I booted from the Windows 2000 installation CD allowing the setup process to initialize.

 

2) I chose B when the setup process asked me if I wanted to:

a) Install a new version of Windows 2000

Repair a previously installed version using the Emergency Repair Disk Method

 

3) I chose A when the setup process asked me if I wanted to:

a) Repair using the Recovery Console

Repair using the Emergency Repair Disk Method

 

4) At the DOS prompt I typed chkdsk /r

 

5) Once the lengthy repair process was over I was still at the DOS prompt so I rebooted.

 

6) I booted from the Windows 2000 installation CD allowing the setup process to initialize.

 

7) I chose A when the setup process asked me if I wanted to:

a) Install a new version of Windows 2000

Repair a previously installed version using the Emergency Repair Method

 

8) The installation program then detected my previously installed Win 2000 OS and....

 

9) I chose B when the setup process asked me if I wanted to:

a) Install another copy of Windows 2000

Repair the previously installed version

 

10) After the repair process the computer rebooted but I DID NOT BOOT FROM THE CD. I took

the CD out and the computer booted into a setup as if being installed for the 1st time.

 

11) During the setup process the computer faulted on a sys file so I rebooted the computer

and it again booted into a "1st time" setup process but this time it completed the process

without any problems.

 

12) I then was able to use my system as if nothing was ever wrong.. way cool Emoticon
