Μόλις το τελειωσα για δεύτερη φορα one man army style γιατί την πρώτη φορα το έπαιξα MGS style sneaky-no kills...λέω να πιάσω το online, προσπάθησα αλλα μου ζήτησε update και το αφίσα...λέει η μπα?

 

To online είναι πολύ καλό. όπως ακριβώς και το single player μπορεί να παιχτεί με διαφορετικούς τρόπους, είτε run n' gun είτε stealth. Έχει περισσότερο τακτική και δεν είναι COD, εξου και οι πιο αργοί ρυθμοί gameplay.

Metal Gear Solid 4: Big three says best game ever made on PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii

 

Reviewers have said Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots is one of the best video game ever made and that includes this gen systems such as PS3 and Xbox 360 all the way back to NES. High praises are given by the big three industry review giants: Gamespot, IGN and Gamepro. These reviewers have been in the industry for over 22 years. Practically most of us grew up reading their reviews. These review sites are no slouch, especially IGN and Gamespot with their very strict 10 point scale. IGN has only 15 some games that have ever received a perfect score of a 10. They define only a game that is revolutionary or truly defines a genre deserves a perfect score such as Metal Gear Solid 4.

 

Gamespot is known to be even more strict in their scoring, only giving five games in their entire history back to 1996 a perfect 10. With the addition of Metal Gear Solid 4, that makes it a total of six games in their history of deserving a perfect score.

Gamespot and IGN both rate Metal Gear Solid 4 above other blockbuster games such as the Orange Box or Halo 3 which both received a 9.5.

Even veteran reviewer Famitsu, who has only given seven perfect score of a 40/40 through their entire history dating back to 1986 awarded Metal Gear Solid 4 this prestigious perfect score.

 

So does the game live up to the hype and the reviews?

After playing the game extensively, I must admit it is quite the masterpiece. The way the story is told and integrated into the game is quite ingenious. The graphics are top notch considered to be the best looking game ever. You will be hard pressed to find many low res textures in the game.

 

The last game to hold the "best looking game so far" title on consoles was Uncharted Drakeʼs Fortune, before that it was Bioshock, then Gears of War. Definitely Metal Gear Solid 4 surpasses all of these games in the graphics department. In these previous games low res texture usage were evident in close proximity to the textures with pixelation and blurriness when viewing an object up close.

 

In Metal Gear Solid 4 you will have difficulty finding pixelation even when pressed right up against an object, truly a fantastic feat. As Gametrailer puts it, Metal Gear Solid 4 gives you the option of zooming in and out of cut scenes daring you to find any fault in the graphics knowing that it looks good.

 

When Kojima said he will take full advantage of the 50GB Blu-ray disc he wasnʼt kidding. He uses high res textures for just about everything from the little belt buckles on Snake to the bumpy grip on the bottom of his feet.

 

The intro is fabulous mixing cinema with gameplay, also as a way of introducing the controls and giving a tutorial on how to play the game. There is even an info box popping up telling you what to do. The weapon customization adds a whole level of depth without being overly complex, something you wonʼt find in many games.

 

Cut scenes are at checkpoints and usually you could spend up to 45 minutes between checkpoints spacing out those cut scenes. I recommend everyone who play the game to take your time and help out each little battle between the PMCs or militia factions. Once you help one side win their battle they will thank you and become your comrades.

 

The controls are great; they add a high level of depth to the game play. CQC makes combat a skill, being able to do various moves between choking someone out with a jujitsu "bare naked choke hold" or use an enemy as a meat shield like the previous versions of Metal Gear Solid.

 

The ability to switch between first person and third person view gives you the best of both worlds. Third person is great for taking on many enemies, but if you want to get that sniper on the roof in the distance swap to first person view and take them out with a red-dot sight or a scope attachment.

 

The first Metal Gear Solid is the game that invented the stealth genre and Metal Gear Solid 4 breaks new ground and invents a whole new genre of cinematic storytelling while raising the bar in the stealth genre for years to come.

 

You can bet anyone who has any clue about gaming and is a true hardcore gamer will tell you if you donʼt have a PS3, Metal Gear Solid 4 is the game you buy a PS3 for. Of course if they tell you otherwise just politely let them know they have no idea what they are talking about.

ξέρει κανέις τι παίζει με τα extras και τα passwords ; Αναρωτιέμαι αν θα βάλουν κάνα επιπλέον χαρακτήρα για unlock :/

 

Για το μονο password που ξερω ειναι ενα το οποιο βαζεις οταν σου ζηταει ο otacon να θυμιθεις το password στο act4.Υπαρχει ενα password που σου δινει αυτοματα 100000DP.Μπορεις να το βρεις μεσω του internet αλλα προφανος υπαρχει μεσα στο παιχνιδι κρυμμενο(ισως καμια αφισα δεν ξερω).Αν και μπορω να το βρω στο internet λεω να ψαξω καλυτερα πρωτα και αν τα βρισκω μπαστουνια τοτε θα το ψαξω και στο internet

About Act4 Security code

 

There are a few secret cutscenes in MGS4. One of them can be found in Act 4 at the Canyon and Nuclear Warhead Storage Building. When playing on Big Boss Hard Mode, Otacon gives you the security code 478273. This triggers a normal cutscene. If you fail at entering the code, a different cutscene occurs and Snake loses a chunk of his psyche. However, if you instead enter security code 14893, Little Gray laughs and you receive 100,000 Drebin Points.

στο οτι καποιος που δεν εχει ιδεα για την ιστορια δεν θα το δει επηρεασμένος απο το saga που περιβαλει το game, και ακομα και εσεις λετε οτι ειναι πιο πολυ ιστορια. εξαλλου εσυ απο screenshots ειδες το gears και τα halo (που ουτε αυτα εχω

παιξει και μου ειναι αδιαφορα) και τα θαψες.

πρωτον το gears το εχω παιξει, και δευτερον δεν εθαψα κανενα απο τα δυο που λες, επειδη εσυ, και η υπολοιποι της παρεας εχετε σαν συνηθεια να θαβετε ολα τα παιχνιδια του Ps3 δεν σημαινει οτι και οι αλλοι κανουν το ιδιο για τα παιχνιδια του 360.

Χάνει λίγο απο την ιστορία...

Αυτό δεν κάνει άμεσα ένα παιχνίδι αδιάφορο...

Καλό είναι φυσικά να παίξει κάποιος και τα προηγούμενα πριν πιάσει το 4...

Για αρχή γιατι το mgs1 είναι το καλύτερο παιχνίδι του psx μακράν...

και το 2+3 είναι απο μόνο τους λόγος για να πάρεις ps2 ακόμα και σήμερα... (πέραν των 100δων τίτλων που έχεις χάσει αν δεν το έχεις)

Η κονσόλα έχει 99?... τόσο έχει το guitar hero μόνο... και είναι λίγο περισσότερα χρήματα απο την συλλεκτική έκδοση του gta... ΑΞΙΖΕΙ

 

Συνοπτικά... άν έχεις ήδη ps3 (απο ότι καταλαβαίνω) πάνε πάρε ένα ps2.. όταν το αφήσεις απο τα χέρια σου πιάσε και το mgs4 στο ps3... και θα είναι τα καλύτερα 150 ευρώ που έχεις δώσει ποτέ (κάτι λιγότερο απο το rock band)

Συνοπτικά... άν έχεις ήδη ps3 (απο ότι καταλαβαίνω) πάνε πάρε ένα ps2..

Και εδώ φαίνεται πόσο τσίπηδες/γύφτοι είναι $ony/M$. Backwards compatibility=0 (με ένα + στο 360 που αρκετά παιχνίδια τρέχουν με software emulator). Ουστ και στους 2.

Δεν νομίζω ότι η backwards compatibility αποτελεί κριτήριο αξιολόγισης των δυο εταιριών. Αγοράζεις PS3-Xbox360 για να παίξεις τα παιχνίδια που βγαίνουν γι αυτές τις κονσόλες. Τα παλιά παιχνίδια που αξίζουν να ασχοληθείς μαζί τους σήμερα είναι μετρημένα στα δάχτυλα. Οπότε ποιος χέ....κε για την backwards compatibility. Άσε που σίγουρα όλοι έχουν τουλάχιστον ένα PS2 ή Xbox από την προηγούμενη γενιά.

Και αν δεν έχουν να πάνε να πάρουν...

Γιατί να ταλαιπωρώ το 360 πχ για να παίζω ninja gaiden black? Είναι που είναι ετοιμοθάνατο.. προτιμώ να το χρησιμοποιώ εκει που πρέπει και μόνο...

Αντίστοιχα και το ps3 γιατί για 100 ρημαδοευρώ να παίζει ps2... Έχω το παλιό ps2 το χοντρό το ασημί και σκέφτομαι πολύ σοβαρά να πάω να πάρω ένα slim για να μη μου πιάνει χώρο το άλλο..

Δεν πιστεύω οτι θα μετανιώσω ποτέ για αυτή ην αγορά.. ακόμα και αν θεωρητικά σήμερα το ps2 είναι dead σαν κονσόλα πλέον...

Bc πρέπει να υπάρχει και απο τους δύο καθαρά για θέμα + στα stats...

Όταν θέλω να παίξω ps2 θα βάζω ps2... δεν μου πέφτει ο (_Ι_)...

 

Στο θέμα... σας ζήλεψα τρομερά... Άρχισα να παίζω πάλι το 1 στο psp emulated και μόλις τελειώσω πάλι και το 2-3 με βλέπω να ψάχνω ps3... :|

Αν και μάλλον θα το δανειστώ απο κάνα φίλο γιατί απο ότι λέτε το παιχνίδι είναι μισή μέρα υπόθεση.

Ναι δυστυχώς είναι πολύ μικρό...χωρίς τα vids...αυτό το είδα την δεύτερη φορα που το τελειωσα κάνοντας skip σχεδόν τα πάντα...ειδικά εάν δεν το παίξεις sneaky είναι αρκετά μικρό...

Τελικά το παρέλαβα σημερα 13:00 και μέχρι τώρα 16:00 δεν μπορώ να σταματήσω να παίζω!!!

Είναι το καλύτερο παιχνίδι που έχω παίξει(στην κατηγορία του).Ξεπέρασε όλες τις προσδοκίες μου είναι απλά απίστευτο σε όλα του.

 

Το γέλιο όταν ο snake πιάνει το απόκρυφο σημείο ενός αγάλματος και αυτό σπάει,απίστευτο!!!

 

Τώρα κάτι που με ξενέρωσε ρε παιδιά(όχι το παιχνίδι),το παρέλαβα χωρίς ζελατίνα.Ήταν μια χάρτιμη συσκευασία και μέσα είχε το κουτί του παιχνιδιού χωρίς ζελατίνα και μάλιστα βρήκα και λίγη σκόνη.

Από το play.com το παρήγγειλα.Σε εσάς ήταν σφραγισμένο;είχε ζελατίνα;

Σε όλους μας από το play ήρθε ακριβώς όπως και σε εσένα. Και εμένα με παραξένεψε αλλά αν θυμάμαι καλά και το DMC που είχε πλαστικό απ'έξω μου είχε έρθει χωρίς ζελατίνα. Δεν νομίζω να είναι μεταχειρισμένα πια....στις 10/6 έγιναν σε όλους μας posted. Εξάλλου για 15 ευρώ φτηνότερα από τους Έλληνες απατεώνες εισαγωγείς το προτιμώ και χωρίς το χάρτινο κουτάκι μη σου πω xD. 70 ευρώ για ένα δισκάκι....δεν πάνε καλά ρε :/. Και μη μου πείτε ότι υπάρχουν και φτηνά μαγαζάκια σε Αθήνα και Πειραιά....να το χέσω αν έχουν το παιχνίδι 60 ευρώ και απαιτούν και 5 ευρώ μεταφορικά για 20km απόσταση τι στιγμή από την άλλη άκρη της ευρωπαϊκής ηπείρου έρχεται τζάμπα.
