Πρόβλημα με τον WD WDH1Q7500 MYBOOK STUDIO EDITION 750GB!Παρακαλώ βοηθείστε!

Πήρα τον εξής δίσκο (http://www.e-shop.gr/show_per.phtml?id=PER.303932) τον οποίο έμαθα καθυστερημένα πως είναι φορμαρισμένος για macintosh, όμως υποστηρίζετε κανονικά από λειτουργικό windows xp/vista κτλ.Το πρόβλημα είναι πώς μόλις τον συνδέω δέν τον βλέπει το usb παρ ' ολο που στο υλικό του υπολογιστή φένεται κανονικά οτι υπάρχει και λειτουργεί κανονικά.Ομως δεν υπάρχει τόμος πουθενά! (όπως πχ g: , c: , d:) κτλ...Ετσι δεν μπορώ να του κάνω καν την μετατροπή σε NTFS.Επίσης μόλις έχω τον δίσκο επάνω και κάνω restart το pc κολλάει στο σημείο που γίνετε έλεγχος δίσκων..Εχω στο pc άλλον έναν εξωτερικό (western digital my book 320gb) ο οποίος λειτουργεί κανονικά και τον είχε βρει με την μία!Σας παρακαλώ όποιος ξέρει κάτι ας βοηθήσει.Ευχαριστώ.

Δοκίμασε απο Control Panel -Administrative Tools- Computer Management.

Φυσιολογικά θα τον βλέπει εκεί οπότε κάνεις το φορματ.

Έχε υπόψη ότι για φορματ δίνει και η WD προγραμματάκι.

Εγινε κανονικά το format και η διαμόρφωση δίσκου , λειτουργεί κανονικά και τον αναγνωρίζει οσο είναι στα windows,αλλά το πρόβλημα κατά την επανεκίνηση παραμένει.Κολάει οταν φτάσει στο σημείο να ελέξει τους drivers στην αρχική οθόνη,και δεν μπαίνει ούτε στο bios!Εψαξα στην σελίδα της western digital στο troubleshooting και βρήκα αυτό που ίσως εξηγεί γιατί το κάνει αυτό (http://wdc.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/wdc.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=1201&p_created=1080773981&p_sid=T8iZ_93j&p_accessibility=0&p_redirect=&p_lva=&p_sp=cF9zcmNoPTEmcF9zb3J0X2J5PSZwX2dyaWRzb3J0PSZwX3Jvd19jbnQ9ODIsODImcF9wcm9kcz0yMjgsMjA5LDIyNCZwX2NhdHM9MTMwJnBfcHY9My4yMjQmcF9jdj0xLjEzMCZwX3NlYXJjaF90eXBlPWFuc3dlcnMuc2VhcmNoX2ZubCZwX3BhZ2U9Mg**&p_li=&p_topview=1). Η διαδικασία αυτη είναι ασφαλής η εμπεριέχει ρίσκο? Οποιος γνωρίζει ας με ενημερώσει...

Μην ανησυχείς δεν είναι επικίνδυνη η διαδικασία και άν ποτέ θες να μποοταρεις απο εξωτερικό σκληρό μπορείς να την ξαναλάξεις απο το BIOS.

Δοκίμασε μήπως και λυθεί το πρόβλημα.

Δοκίμασα τα πάντα παιδιά, δεν λέει να φτιάξει με τπτ!!!Πήρα έναν τεχνικό κοιτάχαμε μαζί το bios αλλά δέν κάνει boot απ' το usb, είναι μια χαρά οι ρυθμίσεις εκεί ,κάτι άλλο φταίει.Στα windows όλα καλά ,λειτουργεί, μόλις πάω να κάνω reset το pc όμως και φτάνει στο σημείο να τον δεί τπτ κολλάει εκεί...καμιά ιδέα κανείς?Υπάρχει περίπτωση να μην αντέχει το τροφοδοτικό (είναι 500 η 500 watt νομίζω) τα usb?

Αυτά ισχύουν για 1Τ αλλά μάλλον θα σου κάνει...

 

1. Turn on your computer.

2. Insert the software CD into the CD-ROM drive.

3. The CD autoruns. Click Accept in the terms of agreement screen and WD Drive

Manager and drivers are installed automatically. WD Drive Manager enables the

capacity gauge and Safe Shutdown™ and also installs WD RAID Manager.

Note: If AutoPlay is disabled on your computer, you must install the utilities

manually. Go to the desktop. Double-click My Computer, My Book folder,

WD_Windows_Tools folder, and Setup.exe. Then run the CD which installs the

drivers.

4. The Application Installer screen displays a list of options including software,

documentation, and a registration link. All applications are selected by default.

Deselect any applications you do not want to install, then click Start. Or, click

Cancel to exit and no applications will be installed.

5. Connect the adapterʼs DC cable plug to the DC power input at the rear panel of

the product. Verify that plug type of your wall power adapter is the correct plug

type. If incorrect, remove it and install the correct one.

6. Connect the wall adapter to your AC power receptacle.

7. Plug one end of the interface cable (USB, FireWire 800, or FireWire 400) into an

available port on your computer.

8. Plug the other end of the interface cable into the device, after which the unit

mounts to the system. The WD Drive Manager icon flashes in the system tray.

Note: If Windows prompts for additional drivers, allow it to perform its search.

9. Since My Book Studio Edition II comes preformatted for Mac, you must now

reformat it for Windows so your system recognizes the device. Right-click the

WD Drive Manager system tray icon and point to WD My Book. Click WD RAID

Manager.
