Πιθανο προβλημα του scanner please read

Guys and girls χαιρετε ,λοπον ειναι απλα τα πραματα,εχω το HP scanjet 4400c και με ανυσηχησε καθως scannαροντας μια φωτογραφια (εγχρωμα φυσικα) μου βγηκε κοκκινη!.Λεω κατι στραβο θα εγινε με το προγραμμα.Χωρις να πειραξω τιποτα την ξανα scannαρω και βγαινει μπλε!.Και παλι χωρις να πειραξω τιποτα επαναλαμβανω τη σαρωση και βγηκε ΟΚ!.Λετε να μου μεινει στα χερια συντομα?Ξερει κανεις την εξηγηση του φαινομενου?Το μηχανημα ειναι 4 μηνων και ως τωρα δουλευει αψογα.

Φίλε μου για κοίταξε λίγο τα καλώδια μήπως κάπου είναι "ζορισμένα",καθώς επίσης check για νέους drivers γιατί είχα παλιά και εγώ ένα παρόμοιο πρόβλημα και όταν έκανα αναβάθμιση όλα παίζανε τέλεια.

Ευχαριστω για τις γνωμες σας.Driver/software update δεν εχει βγει.Τα καλωδια τωρα δεν φαινεται να παθαν τιποτα.Μολις εκανα ενα scan και το πρωτο βγηκε μπλε ενω το 2ο κανονικο......Το preview ειναι παντα οκ.Γαμοτο.........Αν ειναι να χαλασει να χαλασει μονιμα τουλαχιστο.Οχι να κανει τετοια.Εχει εγγυηση οπως ειπα.

Συγγνωμη για τα απανωτα posts αλλα ο κυκλος εκλεισε,τωρα ειχα και κιτρινη φωτογραφια!Η χαζομαρα ειναι οτι τις περισσοτερες φορες βγαινει σωστα το scannαρισμα ενω επαναλαμβανω οτι τα previews ειναι παντα σωστα.Λειτουργικο δεν αλλαξα,δεν εξηγει τιποτα αυτη τη συμπεριφορα,μαλλον ειναι βλαβη.Το καλο οπως ειπα ειναι οτι ειμαι εντος εγγυησης ενω και η ΗΡ θεσσαλονικης ειναι κοντα στο σπιτι μου.Αν το παω ομως κανω 20 scans και βγουν σωστα?Και τζαμπα κοπο θα κανω και μαλακας θα φανω (καλα αν ζητησουν λεφτα θα γινει της π3%$^νας).

 

Οσον αφορα τα καλωδια εστω οτι ειναι ζορισμενα εγω τι μπορω να κανω?Δε φαινεται κατι τετοιο παντως.

Σημερα εκανα αρκετα scans ολα τελεια!.Φαινεται πως εμενα επρεπε να περασουν 4 μηνες για να μου παρουσιαστει.Παντως χθες δεν ηταν 1 στις 100 αλλα 1 στις 10 τουλαχιστον.Λοιπον εστειλα e-mail στην ΗΡ αμερικής και μου απάντησαν τα εξής (τα γράφω και για σένα HeXSarriS και σε ευχαριστώ για την απάντηση):

 

I understand that when you scanned a photo in 24 bit color using your HP

Scanjet 4400c scanner, the scan preview was fine but the scanned image

was red colored. You immediately repeated the scan without changing any

option and the image was perfect. You made some scans which were fine

but there were others that gave you blue (more than two times) or yellow

(just once) picture.

 

Please follow the steps given below to power cycle your scanner.

 

1. Shutdown your computer.

2. Unplug the scanner from power and disconnect the connection port.

3. Wait 30 seconds.

4. Plug in the power only.

5. Repeat steps 2-4 two more times.

6. On the third time after plugging the scanner into power reconnect

the connection port from the scanner to your computer.

7. Lift the scanner lid and confirm the lamp is On in your scanner.

 

Note: If the lamp is not On the issue may be service related.

 

8. Restart your computer and try a scan.

 

If the above steps do not resolve the issue, then the issue may be

service related to the hardware of your product. For a more complete

and timely resolution, please contact us at our Customer Care Phone

Center. The agent that you speak with will step you through some basic

troubleshooting procedures to confirm that the issue you are

experiencing is hardware related. In the event that the issue you are

experiencing is hardware related your service options will be conveyed

at the time of your call.

 

έγραφε μετα κατι αλλα για το support της ΗΡ που δεν υπάρχει λογος να τα γραψω.

Το e-mail που τους ειχα στειλει εχει ως εξής:

Hello, I own a 4400c scanner for 4 months.Until

now it was working perfectly but 2 days ago, a problem occured.I scanned

a photo in 24 bit color and although the scan preview was fine,the

scanned image was red coloured.I immediately repeated the scan without

changing any option and the image was perfect!I made some scans then

which were fine,but there were others that gave me blue (more than two

times) or yellow (just once) picture!Please tell me ,is this a

problem?It's very annoying because the preview is always fine and I have

to check the image to see if it has correct colours.Should I go to the

authorised HP center of my city?What if the scanner doesn't show this

problem there?Do I have to make hundrends of scans until it shows up?And

a last question please.The model I own is out of production line now.It

has been replaced by a new model.If I get a replace,will HP give me the

new model?I think HP replaces faulty products with new ones if the

warranty has not expired.Is that right?
