Problem description for Plextor 40/12/40A

I found out the problem when i tried to copy my cd data form Plextor CD-RW or my DVD-ROM to my Hard Disk.I received the message "error redundancy check" when my operating system was "Microsoft windows 2000 Professional" and the message "cannot read from the specified device when my operating system was "Microsoft windows 98 Second Edition".Then i discovered that many of my cd's which i had written using Plextor CD-RW 40/12/40A had this problem.I used cds Samsung 650MB 16X,Verbatim 700MB 16X,Creation 700MB 16X,SKC 800MB 16X and Imation 700MB 32X.I never wrote cd above the speed that the cd supported.I used the plextor version of Nero(5.5) which is included in the Plextor CD-RW box but also i used the last version of Nero (5.5.9.9)

The CD Test Function,which is included in Plex tools,is not completed successfully and i receive the message"uncorrectable read error code 031105".Also the verify function of nero software finds out read errors.The Plextor CD-RW is responsible for that problem or the cds;I have recently brought the CD-RW and is almost new.

I have Pentium III 550 Mhz,Ram 550Mhz,Hard Disk 80GB western Digital,Windows 2000 Professional and windows 98 SE

Πάτα del συνέχόμενα, όταν ξεκινάει το pc σου, μέχρι να σε βγάλει στο bios.

Στην πρώτη εντολή του bios πάτα enter.

Λογικά primary master θα έχεις τον σκληρό σου. Βάλε cd-rom εκεί που έχεις συνδέσει το recorder σου.

Αν δεν ξέρεις που το έχεις συνδέσει, στις υπόλοιπες εντολές βάλε auto.

Είναι πολύ απλό για να το δοκιμάσεις.

 

Δοκίμασε το & πες μας τι έγινε.
