Να ρωτήσω κάτι?? Γιατί αποκλείεις τα Tagan??? Επειδή δεν έχουν Active PFC? Από όσο ξέρω τα Tagan είναι αρκετά καλά τροφοδοτικά για τα λεφτά τους

 

Γνωρίζω βέβαια ότι δεν συγκρίνονται με Heirochi ή Seasonic αλλά από διάφορα περιοδικά του χώρου προτείνονται ανεπιφύλακτα...

Γνωρίζω βέβαια ότι δεν συγκρίνονται με Heirochi ή Seasonic αλλά από διάφορα περιοδικά του χώρου προτείνονται ανεπιφύλακτα...

 

Καταρχήν προσωπικά δεν με ενδιαφέρει τι γράφουν τα περιοδικά από την στιγμή που δεν ξέρουν καν πως μετράνε σωστά την απόδοση ενός τροφοδοτικού.

Οσο για τα Tagan... Απαντώ: Γιατί θεωρώ ότι δεν έχουν λόγο ύπαρξης και είναι.. επιεικώς μέτρια. Στα λεφτά τους υπάρχουν σαφώς καλύτερα. Ακόμα και φθηνότερα υπάρχουν καλύτερα!

Έτσι απλά για την αποκατάσταση της αλήθειας επειδή το έχω διαβάσει και σε άλλα post: ΌΛΑ τα TAGAN ΕΙΝΑΙ Active PFC.

 

Όχι ότι έχω καμμιά ιδιαίτερη προτίμηση σε αυτά απλώς για να μην υπερβάλουμε. Εγώ προσωπικά έχω χρησιμοποιήσει πάνω από 10 TAGAN και όλα βγήκαν σκυλιά (μπορεί και τυχαίο). Τώρα το έχω γυρίσει στα HEC και στα ΤΤ Toughpower.

να που το είχα ακούσει ότι τα Tagan δεν είναι APFC... Το είχε αναφέρει ο Thresh σε κάποιο allo topic. Πάντως ninos διάβασα μόλις τώρα ένα άρθρο που μου πρότεινε o Candymann από όπου φαίνεται ότι τα Tagan είναι ψιλομέτρια...

Παιδιά δεν θα συμφωνήσω ότι τα TAGAN είναι υπερτιμημένα. Αν ήταν πιο φθηνά θα ήταν μια καλή value for money λύση. Συμφωνώ με τον Candyman πως στα λεφτά τους βρίσκεις κάτι πολύ καλύτερο. Γι' αυτό λέω και εγώ ότι άλλαξα τις προτιμήσεις μου κυρίως διαβάζοντας στο Internet και ακούγοντας τις απόψεις ανθρώπων που τους θεωρώ πιο ειδικούς από εμένα σε αυτό το θέμα (όπως ο Candyman).

 

Το ξέρω το ότι επειδή δεν είχα κάποιο πρόβλημα με κανένα από τα 10, αυτό δεν σημαίνει κάτι. Και όχι, δεν έχω ούτε την οικονομική δυνατότητα ούτε τον χρόνο να κάνω stretch tests σε PSUs δοκιμάζοντας τις αντοχές τους (και το υπόλοιπο HARDWARE). Αλλά μην επιμείνουμε σε αυτό αφού δεν υποστηρίζω κάτι ανάλογο για αυτά.

 

Το Τagan Easycon 530W το είχα κι εγώ και ήταν Active PFC. Το 2Force 530 το site το δίνει ΑPFC όπως και όλα τα reviews που είδα τα τελευταία 10 λεπτά. Ένα φίλος έχει το 2Force 580 και είναι κι αυτό APFC. Βρήκα στον JonnyGuru αυτό που λες και λέει "PFC No" για αυτό που είχα και εγώ. Το μόνο που μπορώ να φανταστώ είναι είτε ότι έγινε τυπογραφικό λάθος (είναι σαν να λέει ότι δεν είναι καν PFC όχι μόνο APFC) είτε είναι καμια παλιά revision (το άρθρο είναι γραμμένο το 2005).

Όσο για τα Thermaltake δεν θα απαντήσω εγώ, ας απαντήσουν τα reviews (εγώ έχω πει επανειλλημένως έτσι κι αλλιως ότι τα Toughpower... ξουρίζουν). Και έχουν και εξαιρετικές τιμές.

Conclusion:

The Thermaltake 700 Watt Toughpower is a formidable power supply that will easily provide plenty of power for any extreme gamer or power user. It is a well designed, attractive power supply that has all the stable characteristics that one would expect from a 700 Watt power supply. If you want ample power and greater stability and efficiency, don't hesitate to make this PSU your final choice.

 

The Tech-spot:

Overall when you add up all the features, the superior performance along with the excellent build quality and reasonable price, the Toughpower 750w is one hell of a power supply. The only regret I have when it came to testing this power supply, was not having enough hardware to load the test system with. The GeForce 7900GT SLI setup with the power hungry Pentium D 950 processor and ten hard drives failed to even make this power supply blink.

 

PC perspective:

If you are in the market for a power supply in the 600~750 watt range, one of the new Thermaltake Toughpower units deserve a close look. The Tt 750W model exhibited very good voltage regulation and stability and was quiet, especially while operating under moderate loads. The overall efficiency is very good and Active PFC, sleeved cables, and a 3-year warranty are added pluses. The Toughpower 750W is notably the best power supply I have ever tested from Themaltake.

What Thermaltake has managed to dish out to the competition by introducing the Toughpower 1200w is nothing short of brutal. Thermaltake has brought a PSU to retail that is so potent that the Toughpower 1200w will be a tall order for the competition to surpass in terms of quality and living up to the specifications printed on the packaging; both of which we find incredibly important. The Toughpower 1200w is still so new that it is hard to source, but certainly that will change shortly as it shows up at retailers. At $350 to $400 it is very expensive, but you do get what you pay for. The value and power that the Toughpower 1200w delivers is currently unmatched. Few users will need a power supply of this magnitude, but undoubtedly many will desire it.
