- 3 Buttons kombination to press for a dive

- Very difficult to dive,because the refree give you often the yellow card

- no differnce between pc and xbox360/ps3 version :mrgreen:

 

ΑΝ,λέω ΑΝ όντως δεν έχει διαφορά η PC έκδοση και είναι βασισμένη στην Next Generation έκδοση τότε πραγματικά θα καώ με το Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 και θα έχω κάτι να με κρατάει μέχρι να βγει το Crysis (το οποίο μάλλον πηγαίνει για Νοέμβριο). Και επιτέλους έχουμε DIVE :D. Το πανάρχαιο Fifa98 RTWC (το καλύτερο Fifa game IMO) το είχε αυτό το χαρακτηριστικό και ήταν ΔΙΑΣΚΕΔΑΣΤΙΚΟΤΑΤΟ. Good move Konami

Eμενα δεν με ενθουσιαζει η ιδεα του ''θεατρου'',ακριβως για τον λογο του οτι υπηρχε και στο fifa και δεν ''πετυχε''.

Τωρα αν δεν δουμε βεβαια και την εφαρμογη του στο pes δεν μπορουμε να κρινουμε.Σιγουρα εχω περισσοτερη εμπιστοσυνη στην κοναμι σε θεματα gameplay.

-psm3 they said there would be footage "on the dvd" which i still maintain could well be the opening credits (i.e the opening game sequence like before the title on pro evo 6) as ive never seen a magazine this early pull out footage in game, least not to the best of my knowledge. The internet is a far better place to release footage in game, though i suppose with stuff liek this being easy to rip it should be on the internet by the time i get back home at 1pm tomorrow

 

- PSM3 UK magazine I guess.. they said the next issue will have PES2008 on DVD... or so I understood.

Μικρό μου φαίνεται το LOD του χορταριού. Στα πίσω πόδια του ΚΑΚΑ χάνεται και φαίνεται το θολό texture. Τουλάχιστον αφού είναι τόσο μικρό το LOD ας έβαζαν ένα high-res texture στο έδαφος. Ααααααααααα ρε Konami,τέσπα :roll:

Translation of German PC Action Article On PES 2008

 

Our main man Falko Windisch has done it again, a proper translation of the PC Action article W.E.N.B. brought you earlier. I would like to thank Falko and Lukasz again for this fantastic work.

 

 

Pro Evolution Soccer 2008

"A paradise for cheaters"

 

Lack of sportsmanship as a feature in the football-simulation Pro Evolution Soccer was believed to be impossible for a long time, but now in the version PES 2008 it has come: the players may cheat with consent of the developers. Because if you press 3 of the 4 shoulder-buttons of your gamepad, the kicker lets himself fall to the ground. If you do it cleverly, you get a free kick or a penalty. If you are less gifted with your finger-skills, the ref shows you a yellow card. A festival for cheaters! Allegedly it is only coincidence, that Christiano "dive-king" Ronaldo will decorate the cover of PES 2008.

 

You may ask, where have we got these info from? Two weeks ago we visited the sales department of Konami in Frankfurt and convinced ourselves for hours of the quality of the Japanese title using the PC Version. Our impression: fantastic! Especially neat: you don't need to be afraid of eye-cancer any more, for the PC-version is based on the high-definition visuals of the consoles. In plain language: finally a decently high grade of detail, flapping shirts, grass-leaves and even emotions on the kicker's faces. The playability is first class as always, the master league-mode has been pimped by the makers and a new playing-mode, in which you control one single player and accompany him during his career adds more variety. We are enraptured!

So there you have it boys, a proper translation of the PC Action article in English. I love the fact that the "Fantasista" mode is coming to the next-gen systems. Should be alot of fun! A pimped out master league sounds great to me too.

Εγώ αυτό που πρόσεξα είναι ότι θα έχει ΑΕΚ πάντως... δεν αναφέρουν σωστά όμως ποιες από τις μεμονωμένες ομάδες θα είναι με άδειες και ποιες θα είναι μούφες... γιατί να είναι licenced μόνο οι Bayern, Anderlecht και Brugge δεν παίζει με τίποτα...

 

Επίσης γουστάρω πολύ και το νέο στυλ στα δίχτυα... αν έχουν και καλή φυσική, θα φαίνονται πολύ όμορφα... αντιθέτως, οι επικαλαμίδες είναι άθλιες...

Να πω ότι μόλις μου έστειλε προσωπικό μήνυμα ο Τhomas Goal από το evo-web που έχει κονέ από Κονάμι και μου είπε ότι και η Εθνική Ελλάδος θα είναι κανονικά licensed με εμφανισεις και φάτσες παικτών!Οπότε και όλοι οι Έλληνες ανά την Ευρώπη θα έχουν σωστές φάτσες!

 

Μου είπε όμως να μην το πω πουθενά γιατί θα ανακοινωθεί αργότερα...

- Joypad play on a 360 version of the game at 75% (like all preview, still no PS3)

- Crazy details on faces for the stars

- Great collisions

- The referee uses a whistle

- Alot of animations just for assist

- Alot frame rate problem

- Gameplay look the same

- Better ball protection (better collision)

- better control for pass (more sharp)

- Irritated coach

- Player go up their socks

- New camera on PK (behind the goalkeeper) when the computer shoot

- No times for try really the teamvision (but much better AI in very hard)

- no access to training mode, master league and online mode for the moment

- Scenario mode on PS2 no Next gen

- No more Latvia , now it's Israel
