Μια ερωτηση.

Θέλω ταυτόχρονα να μπορώ να χρησιμοποιώ τα ηχεία και να είναι συνδεδεμένα και με το dvd player( όπου έχει η συσκευασία ένα μετατροπέα) και με τον υπολογιστή.

Γίνετε με κάποιον μετατροπέα,κάπως?

I understand that you would like to get the X-530 speakers replaced.

 

The popping issue when using the X-530 speakers occurs in a limited number of environments meaning very few customers are affected. The issue does not exist when using the speakers in all environments.

 

If you are getting the popping sound when turning on or turning off any electrical device in the environment, then we do not have any specific solution to resolve the popping issue with the X-530 speakers, the only option available is to return the speakers for Refund. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused.

 

I request you to write back to me with the following details, in order to initiate the refund process:

 

1. Dealer's Name and Address, from where the Speakers were purchased.

2. Amount paid for the X-530 speakers.

3. Copy of the Purchase Receipt or Bank Statement reflecting the payment made. Please scan and attach the image/picture when replying back to this email.

4. PID Number on white sticker on sub-woofer:

Upon receiving your reply, I would be escalating your case to initiate the refund the process.

 

I would like to inform you that the defective X-530 Speakers will be picked up from your postal address within the coming 2 weeks. You would receive another email from us with information and instructions on the Pickup process which would totally be at the cost of Logitech and you do not have to pay any amount towards shipping. Once the speakers are picked up from your location it would take about 3 to 4 weeks for the refund to reflect in the Bank account.

Να σου πω τώρα να μπω σε όλη αυτή τη διαδικασία ψιλοχαλιέμε...θα προτιμούσα να τα πάω στο Πλαίσιο και να πάρω άλλα πληρώνοντας τη διαφορά.

 

Άσε που έτσι θα έχω καινούρια ηχεία σε βδομάδες...Ψιλοχαλάστηκα.
