Arrest Made In Ps3 Shooting

State police tracked down William J Robertson around 4 a.m. on Tuesday, and arrested him on charges including attempted murder and robbery. He is now being held on $1 million bond, with arraignment scheduled for Danielson Superior Court.

 

An arrest warrant is also out for a second suspect, 17 year old Andrew Patnaude, last seen in Putnam according to police investigators.

 

The man who was shot, a 21 year old gamer by the name of Michael Penkala, suffered gunshot wounds and was robbed as he waited in line to purchase a PS3 console early on November 17th.

 

According to reports, the thieves wore bandanas over their faces and told everyone in line to throw possessions and cash on the ground for the gunmen to collect. Penkala refused to give up his wallet, containing $2,500 in cash, and was subsequently shot. He is still recovering from his injuries.
