Σωστός, αλλά ξέρεις τί έγινε πραγματικά? Η Sony έκανε μήνηση στην Lik-Sang για τις εξαγωγές Ιαπωνέζικων PSP σε άλλες χώρες και ειδικά στην Ευρώπη. Αλλά το θέμα είναι ότι φέρθηκε έξυπνα και π$%^κα. Τί εννοώ? Η Sony έκανε από ΜΙΑ ΜΗΝΥΣΗ ΓΙΑ ΚΑΘΕ ΧΩΡΑ ΤΗΣ ΕΥΡΩΠΗΣ!!!! Δηλαδή, το Lik-Sang έπρεπε να αντιμετωπίσει 20+ ανεξάρτητα μεταξύ τους δικαστήρια, με αποτέλεσμα να πληγούν ανεπανόρθωτα οικονομικά. Στο τέλος, το Lik-Sang δεν είχε άλλα λεφτά για να υπερασπιστεί τον εαυτό του, με αποτέλεσμα να κλείσουν. Και αυτό ήταν και το σχέδιο της SONY από την αρχή. Να κάνουν το Lik-Sang να "αιμοραγίσει" οικονομικά μέχρι τελικής πτώσεως.

This morning, online retailer Lik-Sang announced they were going out of business due to lawsuits filed by Sony Computer Entertainment claiming it was illegal to be selling Asian PSPs to European consumers. Speaking to GamesIndustry.biz, however, Sony says Lik-Sang's in full-on, infant-style pout mode and experiencing nothing more than "sour grapes." "Lik-Sang did not contest this case (i.e. they did not turn up and therefore incurred no legal costs). We have been awarded substantial costs against Lik-Sang which have not been paid," reads the statement. "We would therefore strongly deny that our actions have had anything to do with this website closing." This isn't the first time Lik-Sang's run into legal trouble before, either. In 2002, Sony, Nintendo and Microsoft all alleged copyright infringements over the sale of mod chips. None of these legal hurdles seemed to pose a problem for the company, though, as they were still operating as of yesterday. Additionally, Sony took issue with releasing the names of corporate executives who supposedly purchased Asian PSPs through the retailer. "We would also like to express our surprise at a company releasing personal information about its consumers, as this is contrary to data protection principles around the world."
