No More Heroes Details

Το Heroes αλλαξε ονομα και πλεον ειναι No More Heroes.

 

-The version of the game running right now is about 35% of the final build

 

-Weapon and vehicle design is being handled by Shigeto Koyama

 

-Character design by Yusuke Kozaki

 

-Wiimote control is important. You keep the Wiimote either high, low, or centered to put the main character into certain fighting stances. Standard attacks are performed with the A button.

 

-The Wiimote vibrates in conjuction with the Beam Katana

 

-Finishing moves are performed by matching on screen gestures

 

-The main city in the game is called Santa Destroy

 

-You move about the game either by foot, or on your "motorcycle", all of your own accord

 

-You take mission objectives (murder targets) in order to collect money, or gain new weapons

 

-You begin each day in a motel where you can change clothing and equipment. There are said to be over 100 t-shirts to collect.

Australia: Retailers put a forced stop to Wii pre-orders

 

Nintendo's Wii is all but a week away from its big debut in Australia, and while latecomers hurry to place a pre-order, many stores have already been ordered to put a stop to new orders.

 

"There are a handful of retailers that have actually had to stop taking pre-orders because they can no longer guarantee stocks," said a Nintendo Australia spokesperson.

 

Australia may not typically be the region to experience console-sellouts, but demand has reportedly been so massive for Wii, that Nintendo has suggested that it may become the country's "biggest launch of any new video games system in history," according to retail feedback.

 

Meanwhile, Nintendo of Europe is reporting that a "huge shipment" of Wiis has arrived in the continent, and that the company will, obviously, "[Do] their utmost to replenish stocks and ensure that as many people as possible who want to experience Wii, can do so in time for Christmas."
