Νέο παιχνίδι από την Hudson το οποίο θα υποστηρίζει wi-fi multiplayer προφανώς και θα περιέχει 10 επιτραπέζια παιχνίδια.

CVG reviews No More Heroes: 'you have never played anything like this before'

 

Violence, sex, things to see, things to collect, spectacular graphics and even better sound, a sense of humour, a sense of purpose, an insane logic running through every fibre - and enough swearing to get your telly banned by the BBFC. Killer7 creator Suda51 is back, all right.

 

No More Heroes is always true to its own perverse logic - always proud to be a videogame, always stealing liberally from the best of other genres, always loud and obnoxious. The mishmash of visual styles, music and the world's most flamboyant dialogue has no comparison to anything else; it's impossible to put the game in a box, except to say that it is unquestionably, undeniably, unequivocally No More Heroes, and you have never played anything like this before.

It’s hard to describe the sheer joy that Super Mario Galaxy elicits. At times, this game plays the player. It plays with your sense of direction, your sense of space and your sense of what’s possible in this narrow genre that we define as “platforming.” But Super Mario Galaxy flies in the face of preconceived notions. While the game gifts the player with a wide spectrum of advancements and fresh concepts, it remains remarkably accessible. Don’t be mistaken by that accessibility though, because there is ample challenge for more avid players. It’s a high water mark for videogame design and a shining example of what this medium is capable of, which is why it’s Next-Gen’s 2007 Game of the Year.

Super Smash Bros. Brawl Goes Gold?

 

With all the holiday festivity we almost missed this one. Chalk the story up to rumor at the moment, but one Japanese retail site listed this box art for Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Notice that it says "now printing." The timeline works out since Brawl will be released in Japan in about a month. But unless you live there, this probably isn't huge news anyway.

 

So live it up Kotaku Japan readers. This may or may not be your day. On an unrelated note, I hope this game interests my wife more than the last. But having seen all the screens (that look fun, but remarkably similar to earlier iterations), I really don't think that it will. Friend codes here I come.

HotD 2 & 3 Zapper bundle coming to Japan

 

 

Like with Ghost Squad, its other Arcade-to-Wii light gun port, Sega has an optional Zapper pack-in planned for the Japanese release of The House of the Dead 2 and 3 Return this March. Amazon Japan already has preorders for the set available for 5,023 yen, about $44 dollars. For comparison, the software alone is priced at 4,536 yen, or $40.

 

You know, Sega, we wouldn't mind if you brought these bundles to the US at those prices (and with a Nyko Perfect Shot, instead). We understand that Japan didn't get the Link's Crossbow Training set, but this will be the third Zapper pack-in that North America misses out on -- the previous two being for Ghost Squad and Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles. Come on, Sega, just think of it as a good-will gesture to all the Americans who actually gave you money for Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games.
