To πιστόλι είναι ουσιαστικά άχρηστο για τα μέχρι τώρα παιχνίδια του Wii, διότι έχει έλεγχο μόνο στο κουμπί Β. Ούτε στο D-pad έχεις πρόσβαση αλλά ούτε και στο Α.

Εδώ έθεσες τελείως διαφορετικά θέματα.

 

Η Nintendo από το καιρό που ακόμα το Wii λεγόταν Revolution, ήταν ξεκάθαρη στο κοινό στο οποίο αποσκοπούσε. Στους core gamers αλλά και στους non-gamers.

 

Ευνόητο είναι λοιπόν να βλέπεις συχνά τίτλους οι οποίοι και δεν θα είναι του core γούστου σου, μιάς και προσπαθούν να πλησιάσουν casual κοινό.

 

Core τίτλοι αυτοί τη στιγμή υπάρχουν και συνεχώς ανακοινώνονται και καινούργιοι, όπως ανακοινώνονται και τίτλοι που απευθύνονται σε πιό casual gamers ή non-gamers.

 

Οπότε, το να παραπονιέσαι ότι οι τίτλοι που βγαίνουν δεν είναι του γούστου σου το θεωρώ το λιγότερο αφελές, μιάς και μπορείς άνετα να βρείς τέτοιους τίτλους στην υπάρχουσα βιβλιοθήκη.

 

Αν δεν σου αρέσει κανένας από αυτούς, τότε πολύ απλά αγόρασες λάθος κονσόλα και είμαι σίγουρος ότι κάποια άλλη θα σε ικανοποιήσει περισσότερο.

 

 

Απο κεί και πέρα, το να ζητάς ποιότητα στα παιχνίδια είναι το ευνότητο να το ζητήσεις από τους 3rd party devs και από τη Nintendo, μιάς και τα ports έδωσαν και πήραν το τελευταίο καιρό, αν και φαίνεται πλέον να κοπάζει το όλο ζήτημα.

 

Άλλο όμως θέμα το να ζητάς ποιότητα στα παιχνίδια και καινοτόμες ιδέες και άλλο να κοροϊδεύεις ένα παιχνίδι επειδή είναι με άλογα ή επειδή ασχολείται με τη μαγειρική.

 

Τέτοια παιχνίδια θα βγούν πάρα πολλά.

Resident Evil 4: Wii, receives 9.5 from Famistu

 

Famitsu offered their first reviews on the Resident Evil 4 for the Wii in its latest issue, which just hit the magazine shelves today in Japan.

 

Of the 4 review scores given, two editors gave the game a 10/10. The other two were still lovinʼ the Wii version enough to give it a 9/10.

 

The reviewers said that even though the content is almost the same as the GameCube title, the Wii-mote controls are to the games advantage, making the game feel like something fresh and different. One reviewer said that the game offers the feeling of being closer to the action as well as upping the tension.

 

Multiple reviewers agreed on two points, that the new controls are simple and easy to get into, and that even those who played the original will be able to enjoy themselves.

The Wii Games

Mario Strikers: Charged (Nintendo | Wii | July): More than just a port of the GameCube sports game, Strikers adds waggle controls, new characters and other gameplay refinements to its predecessor's mix. Of course, the essence -- bringing the violence of soccer hooliganism to the Mushroom Kingdom -- remains intact

 

Pokémon Battle Revolution (Nintendo | Wii | June): Like its console predecessors, Battle Revolution strips the RPG elements from Pokémon to focus entirely on tournament fighting. The ability to import teams from bestsellers Diamond and Pearl should guarantee crazy sales on this one

 

Mario Party 8 (Nintendo | Wii | May): The multiplayer board-style minigame collection franchise just keeps on rolling; devotees will probably want to check it out to see what the Wii Remote adds to the experience

 

Big Brain Academy: Wii Degree (Nintendo | Wii | June): The other brain training game gets a console version packed with colorful graphics and the same basic five-category test schematic to determine the density of your grey matter

 

The Bigs (2K Sports | Wii | June): This arcadey baseball entry doesn't have the shine of its 360 and PS3 brothers (naturally), but the Wii-specific controls should get some fans of America's pasttime excited. You'll hit and pitch with motions similar to those in Wii Sports (yet with more depth), plus you'll be wigglin' and waggin' for other baseball mechanics like baserunning and fielding.

 

Boogie (EA | Wii | August): Since we've already seen enough of this Wii-exclusive's dance moves, EA used the Nintendo event to show off Boogie's karaoke mode. The game comes packed with a microphone (so expect a slightly higher price point than most Wii software), and beltiin' out tunes actually seems to work better than Boogie's somewhat confusing dance portions.

 

Carnival Games (Global Star | Wii | July): Another mini-game collection? Yes, but this time it's all grounded in the comfortable familiarity of the summer fair, with such events as ski-ball and ring-tossing. There are even redemption prizes to be won.

Συμφωνώ απολύτως. Αυτό που κυρίως πρέπει να ζητάμε είναι καινοτομικά και καλοδουλεμένα παιχνίδια.

 

Γιατί, ένα πραγματικά καλοδουλεμένο παιχνίδι, ακόμα και αν εκ πρώτης όψεως δεν είναι του γούστου σου, είναι πολύ πιθανόν να σου αρέσει.

 

Αντίθετα, ένα κακοφτιαγμένο παιχνίδι, είναι δεν είναι του γούστου σου, δεν πρόκειται να σε αγγίξει.
