Please accept our apologies for any confusion you have been caused in this matter. It was believed that everyone that was affected by this technical problem was emailed at the time of cancellation. We regret to say that we have recently experienced a technical issue with the Play site. This resulted in an error in the price displayed with numerous items. Unfortunately this issue was not discovered immediately and a large number of orders were placed at the incorrect price. We appreciate the disappointment that may be caused in this matter' date=' but [b']regret to say that it would not have been financially viable for us to supply the orders at the incorrect price[/b]. As such we have had no choice but to cancel any outstanding orders that were placed at the incorrect price.
