EA montreal announces army of two: the 40th day will hit retail stores in january 2010

Montreal, Canada – August 13, 2009 – Start off 2010 with a bang! EA Montreal, a studio of Electronic Arts Inc. (NASDAQ: ERTS), today announced ARMY OF TWO™: THE 40th DAY will ship on January 12, 2010 in North America and January 8, 2010 in Europe. The sequel to the 2008 multi-platinum co-op shooter sees the return of the ultimate two-man private military team, Salem and Rios. Trapped in the middle of Shanghai as it falls under attack, the two must work as a team to survive relentless enemy assaults and escape the city collapsing around them. Gamers who pre-order* ARMY OF TWO: THE 40th DAY now will have exclusive access to the game’s all-new explosive multi-player mode, ‘Extraction,’ at launch. This mode will be unlocked for all other players one month after the game ships.

 

 

 

ARMY OF TWO: THE 40th DAY features a more robust and redesigned multiplayer experience with four unique multiplayer modes including ‘Extraction’. ‘Extraction’ pits a team of four players against a series of unique enemy waves as they move from point to point in the ruined city. C&C Red Alert 3: Commanders Challenge (PS3/X360) Announced

 

Comrades, the Red Alert 3 battle rages on! EA announced that Command & Conquer Red Alert 3: Commanders Challenge, will be coming to Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network and challenge players to take on the worlds toughest commanders and conquer the globe in 50 unique challenges.

 

Command & Conquer Red Alert 3 Commander’s Challenge, rated ‘T’ for Teen , will be available this summer on the Xbox Live Marketplace (800 points) and the PlayStation Store ($9.99).

Kurayami revealed to be Suda-51 game, PS3 exclusive

 

It seems that game Suda-51 has been working on for a while is now known as Kurayami.

 

It appears to be an action adventure game and exclusive to the PS3, according to GameSpy, who has the first details of it on it’s product page:

 

“The eccentric Suda 51 harnesses the power of PS3 for a bizarre action/adventure inspired the work of existentialist writer Franz Kafka. In an unusual town full of odd locals, your stranded characters must explore the town and its castle to find a way out, using only his carried torch to light his way and to fend off the unexpected and unexplainable horrors that await.

 

Advanced new lighting and graphic techniques are used to impress upon you the feeling of fear and loneliness (the title “Kurayami” means “Darkness” in Japanese) as you venture through to the end of your quest.”

EVE Developer Unveils Console MMO/FPS 'DUST 514'

 

The universe of EVE Online is to spread to consoles in an MMO-FPS hybrid named DUST 514, developer CCP announced today at Game Developers Conference Europe.

 

DUST 514 will take place on the surface of planets from EVE with a mix of FPS and RTS gameplay, "Giving commanders and ground infantry real-time configurable weapons and modular vehicles to manage dynamic battlefield conditions."

 

CCP says DUST 514, "Will interact directly with EVE Online," and "gives [console players] a chance to become part of one of the most massive cooperative play and social experiences ever," though no details on quite how the two will connect are given.

 

DUST 514 has been in development at CCP's Shanghai studio for three years and is headed to "the current generation of consoles"--Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 most likely.

Eπειδη Κολωνια ειχα παει περσι Χριστουγεννα , η διαφορα ωρας με ελλαδα νομιζω ειναι μια ωρα...

Κολωνια , απιστευτη πολη. Μια μαγεια κατω απο την dom, και τον ποταμο ρινο οπου εκανα βολτα πανω σε ποταμοπλοιο-εστιατοριο.

 

Το βραδακι ηταν τρελα, γυρω απο την dom ηταν απιστευτη η ατμοσφαιρα.

Στις μπιραριες η colsh (τοπικη μπιρα) αφθονη!!!!

Είσαι σίγουρος ότι είναι τέτοια ώρα η conference της sony?Νομίζω πως τέτοια ώρα έχει conference η ea.

 

Είναι πολύ πιθανό να δούμε firmware update.Επίσης,θεωρώ σίγουρη τη μείωση τιμής.Για slim δεν είμαι σίγουρος.
