Ξεκίνησε το λειτουργικό σύστημα σε Safe Mode για να μπορέσεις να το απενεργοποιήσεις.

 

Πάτα το πλήκτρο F8 κατά την εκκίνηση του Η/Υ και θα σου βγάλει ένα μενού επιλογών. Από εκεί θα επιλέξεις τη μέθοδο εκκίνησης που σε ενδιαφέρει (δηλαδή το Safe Mode).

 

Όταν μπεις στα Windows χρησιμοποίησε το msconfig (δες εδώ) για συνέχεια της διάγνωσης.
