"Continuous online battles strike a nerve in any real gamer. When you first sign on to Xbox Live in Chromehounds, you'll be asked to pick a side and a squad in the Neroimus War.

 

You'll see an isometric map featuring a large continent with battles taking place in various sections, and you'll also be asked to build a mech. Bring a mech from the single-player game if you want, or use the online garage to build an entirely new one -- your choice. The map also shows the current status of the war, giving your squad and you routes into battle, and it shows where the state's capital is. The goal here is to gain as much territory as possible, and by controlling more "battlefields" than the enemy, you'll earn more cash and merits, plus you'll gain more power in that territory. You'll know if you've won the territory by winning more than half of them.

 

Since this fight takes place over a relatively long time, you can jump in and out of it whenever you want. By winning battles, you'll earn money to continue funding your squad, and if no one is around to play, you can play against AI mechs. In this case, less rewards and merits are doled out. The Neroimus War will continue until two of the three factions are annexed, but if the war is undecided for more than two months, it will re-set to pre-war conditions.

κανονικα οι servers σηκωνονται 11 του μηνος (αυριο)

οι αρχικοι servers (που η sega ζητησε να ειναι υπο τη δικια της διαχειρηση ωστε να προσφερει καλυτερες και πιο εξιδεικευμενες υπηρεσειες(χωρις εξτρα χρεωση φυσικα)), ...μπουκωσανε απο την πρωτη μερα!

πολυς λαος!

την τριτη μερα το capacity των server πενταπλασιαστηκε (x5!!) και δεν παρατηρηθηκε απολυτως καμια διαφορα. καραφουλ και παλι.

ετσι η sega, καταλαβαινοντας οτι πολυς κοσμος περιμενει, εστειλε ραβασακι στη microsoft ωστε να ..επιληφθει του θεματος

 

οταν λοιπον (ΑΝ) καταφερεις να συνδεθεις στο cromehounds live, το πρωτο μηνυμα που πρεπει να διαβασεις ειναι πως "το maintenance των server θα ολοκληρωθει στις 11 ιουλιου" δηλ. αυριο!!

με την ολοκληρωση θα γινουνε και reset τα παντα, και ο πολεμος ξεκιναει απο την αρχη.

 

εγω λοιπον, τη μια και μοναδικη φορα που καταφερα να μπω μεσα, στους παλιους servers (jp) και τεζα στον κοσμο,

δεν ειχα το παραμικρο lag οτι κι αν εκανα για οση ωρα ημουνα μεσα.

το θεμα λοιπον ηταν να μπεις. αμα μπεις, τελειωσε. lag-free.

θα δουμε απο αυριο ποσο ευκολα θα μπαινεις. παντως δεν ανησυχω.

υποψην οτι εχει και single player αποστολες στο online.(!!!) κουφο αλλα αληθινο.

 

το game ειναι ενα rpg με mech wars. οι ρολοι προκυπτουν απο τις αρμοδιοτητες αλλα και τα 'εργαλεια' που επιλεγεις μεσα στην ομαδα. επειτα ειναι και η "καστομιά".

νομιζω οτι ειναι πολυ καλοφτιαγμενο για αυτο που ειναι και πραγματικα ξεχωριστο.

 

οι δε γιαπωνεζοι, εχουνε αρχισει τα κουφα τους..
