Although no plans are currently in motion, reveals lead artist Crytek's lead artist, Michael Khaimzon, has revealed that the developer could confidently port highly-anticipated PC title Crysis to PS3 and Xbox 360 - although there are no current plans to do so. Speaking exclusively to GamesIndustry.biz, Khaimzon said, "I donʼt think there would be any problem to convert anything we work on to the next-gen consoles if we decided to. "We have enough power here, with programmers and artists, to be able to do such a thing. It's just a matter of making the decision." Khaimzon's comments will only fan the flames of rumour which surround Crysis - a first-person shooter already wowing consumers and critics alike - that publisher Electronic Arts may bring the game to home consoles after release on PC early next year. Discussing whether the team at Crytek would be interested in working on the next-generation of home consoles, Khaimzon added: "I'm pretty sure it would be interesting for us to do stuff on the PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360. "We would just have to see how much of a sacrifice to the game we'd have to make. Or whether there would be a sacrifice at all, maybe we could find a way to make the game look exactly the same as it does on PC on the Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3." When asked directly whether there was a possibility that Crysis would appear on home consoles, Khaimzon replied: "There might be, the decision isn't mine to make. I donʼt know of any official plans to do so, but I know there are rumours and talk, but I couldn't say anything concrete."

There were quiet a few exciting things announced there and some great games to be seen as well. As you may have noticed we did not show in Barcelona. This decision to not show at X06 was made immediately after E3. We made the decision to next show the game when we are ready and we knew that X06 would not be the right time. When we do decide to show the game, our goal is to give everyone a true impression of the game – one that includes story, audio, game play, artwork and technology. We didn't hear much from Microsoft, Lionhead or Peter Molyneux on the subject of Fable 2 at X06. All sides have said the game's far from release (late 2007 seems appropriate), but community updates on Lionhead's website continue to keep us abreast on its continued development. The most recent update has the team finishing the game's FP, first playable, milestone. First playable is a milestone delivered to a publisher featuring a very basic part of the game and understand where the team is headed. "The FP is important during the development of any videogame; it consists of just a few areas, that are fully functional, this allows the team to work on the major components and basics of Fable 2 and get them to a stage where the game is completely playable for the first time," said Sam van Tilburg, head of communities at Lionhead, in the update. Tilburg goes on to discuss the difficulties the team had in achieving the milestone, notably quirky bugs and glitches and the office air conditioning dying. "The list of issues that required the immediate attention of a team member was growing steadily; when one problem was solved another issue sprang up," he said. Though we haven't seen anything new on Fable 2 (not even artwork, outside of what Lionhead releases through its community blog), Tilburg's update provides some solance to fans. And don't expect to see hands-on impressions from 1UP anytime soon, either, as Tillburg points out journalists aren't allowed near the game until it reaches Alpha stage, which is apparently some time off.

Στο FIFA07 όπως και το NFS:Carbon ήθελε μια μέρα!!! Τι παίζει μήπως επειδή είναι EA games... Τι να σου πώ .... εμένα προχτες το NFS-Carbon το κατέβασε σε 3 1/2 ώρες (768 DSL) και έμεινα απίστευτα εντυπωσιασμένος. Πιθανότατα το 1GB που λέει είναι ασυμπίεστο και λόγω του compression κατέβαινε κομμάτια. Το Fifa αργεί περισσότερο ... Μάλλον λόγω ημέρας και ώρας ... το μάθανε όλοι και τρέξανε να προλάβουνε το ΣΚ.
