Rumour: Xbox 1 Emulator Hole Found To Run Homebrew On 360

 

Undertakencodes posted in the MaxConsole Forums that he has found a hole in the security of the Xbox 1 emulator. He has developed a port of Snes9x which from his video appears to be running from a media disk on the 360. According to the hacker, there will be no Need for any hardware/firmware modifications, and maybe in july-august he'll publish the tutorial and the .iso file of the Xploit (at the moment he is scared he says).

Globe 360 Dual Firmware DVD Mod with Drive-key Bypass

 

Alcema posted on eurasia.nu about a new DVD firmware chip for the Xbox 360. It's a dual-fw style of mod (not a FW patch mod), but it has something special ... the FW you flash on this flashchip will not have to be patched with your DVD-key:
