Το άνοιγμα είναι το πιο εύκολο απ'όλα. Η πρώτη φορά είναι λίγο δύσκολη (κυρίως μέχρι να καταλάβετε τι πρέπει να κάνετε και να βρείτε τα κατάλληλα "εργαλεία" για το άνοιγμα). Από κει και πέρα δεν θα κάνετε πάνω από 1' (ναι, ένα λεπτό) για να το ανοίξετε ΚΑΙ να το κλείσετε. Λόγω της ύπαρξης λίγων μόνο μικρών βιδών, ανοίγει πιο γρήγορα και από το xbox one.

 

Δείτε βιντεάκια στο youtube για να καταλάβετε. Αν το προσπαθήσετε και δεν βγάλετε άκρη θα κοιτάξω να γράψω ένα εκτενές post, αφιερωμένο αποκλειστικά στο άνοιγμα (δεν είναι και καμια επιστήμη...)

 

Έχω ένα σετ από "εργαλεία", τα οποια έχω πάντα στην άκρη, έτσι ώστε ανά πάσα στιγμή να μπορώ να ανοίξω το 360. Αυτά είναι:

• μηχανικό μολύβι (η μεταλλική μύτη του ανοίγει αμέσως τα 6 πλαϊνά κλιπς, στο γκρι "τρυπητό")
   
  
• λεπτό σιδεράκι (αυτό που μπαίνει στην τρύπα των dvd-roms για να ανοίγουν ότι είναι σβηστά, φυσικά εγώ το θέλω για άλλο λόγο)
   
  
• λεπτά και μυτερά tie wraps για να ανοίγω τα...μικροσκοπικά κλιπς στο πίσω μέρος (αντί να κάνω το κόλπο με τα "δόντια" του cd case)

Open tray errors now fixed for good, but "Open Tray" is still a valid status for disc insertions when the drive cannot recognize the disc.

 

Dual speed firmwares C (default fast) and D (default quite/slow) return. Both toggle with original Xbox1/360 disc. Originals unaffected.

Single layer disks now supported for both Xbox1 and 360. The disks can be in either the same normal raw dump method or in XBOX file ISO format.

This fully works with Xbox 1 using the new Qwix or gdfimage created ISO. The default.xbe must be unmodified and still be signed (If in doubt , copy from original)

 

360 file ISO is still in development. The exact structure for the 360 disc is being developed and a new Qwix will support the creation of these disks.

 

Xbox1 file ISo now supports full 4.7GB as no need for video partition etc.

 

FOr Xtreme 5.0CA all backup Read Speed is same as original game disks 12x. Originals unaffected and no speed switch

 

For Xtreme 5.0D all backup Read Speed is quite/slow. Originals unaffected and no speed switch

Εγώ έχω κόψει μέ ένα κοφτάκι το 360 στην άκρη, έχω βάλει μια επέκταση για το σατοκαλόδιο του drive για να βγαίνει το καλόδιο από την τρύπα που έχω ανοίξει στην κονσόλα. Ετσι όταν θέλω να το φλασάρω απλά τραβάω το καλοδιο που εξέχει. Πολύ πρακτικό. Από την άλλη έχω αφήσει την έκδοση 2,1 για Hitatchi και δεν έχω κάνει αναβάθμιση μιας και μου παίζουν όλα ΟΚ και δεν χρησιμοποιώ LIVE.

Κι εγώ με το 2.1 είμαι στο Hitachi, όλα παίζουν κομπλέ, ακόμα και το XBOX Live, έχω κάνει κανονικά όλα τα updates κλπ. Το πρόβλημα είναι το open tray πρόβλημα που έβγαζε. Ναι μεν το έφτιαξα με το γνωστό rubber band fix αλλά θα ήθελα να δω μια λύση μέσω firmware για να ξεμπερδέψω με τα λαστιχάκια και τα κλικαρίσματα του drive. Ως φαίνεται στο Samsung έχει λυθεί το εν λόγω πρόβλημα αλλά στα Hitachi firmware δεν έχω δει κάτι αντίστοιχο.

 

Οπότε έχω...ξεμείνει στο 2.1.

For Xbox 1 the disks can be in either the same normal raw dump method or in XBOX file ISO format. This fully works with Xbox 1 using the new(not released yet) Qwix(info) or gdfimage created ISO. The default.xbe must be unmodified and still be signed (If in doubt , copy from original). Use xbefix to check if your xbe has been modified and needs to be unpatched.
