Ξεθαβω αυτο το θεμα για οσους ασχολουνται ακομα με το Far Cry καθως βγηκε ενα mod που πιστευω οτι αξιζει...

 

The Delta Sector

 

The final Delta Sector mod contains 3 impressive singleplayer missions and an additional multiplayer mode with 2 team death match maps too. The multiplayer mode got a completely new gameplay. It's much more action, excitement and FUN.

To install the mod, Far Cry and the Far Cry Patch 1.4 are neccessary. If you have installed an older mod version before, you have to remove it completely.

Λοιπον το κατεβασα απο το Api-Squad.com και το εψαξα με το NOD32, ειναι "καθαρο".

Far Cry 1 with Cryengine 2: New mod makes it possible

 

Far Cry 1 (dt.), which is based on the Cryengien 1, was released in 2004. Crysis with the Cryengine 2 followed in 2007. An ambitious modding project tries to rebuild the whole first game with better graphics and an enhanced environment. Diverse new models for characters and vehicles are supposed to spice up the Crytek game again.

 

Now screenshots of the first level in the mod have been released - a remake of the Far Cry tutorial level. The similarities with the original game are obvious although the modder have to rebuild every single asset because of level reasons - even the HUD has to be redone. More info can be found at Crymod.

The mod FarCry 2010 is a graphic mod for Far Cry Crytek authentic. This project started in April 2010 with the intention of achieving a re-mastering graph all levels of the single-player campaign this great title is Far Cry! And all this still under the original CryEngine first name obviously! But beware, the mod Far Cry 2010 is not merely improving texture and apply some other minor changes, as has been seen so far in some other graphic mod released since 2004, mod Far Cry 2010 plans to be a genuine overhaul of each level! This means that each card (map) will be rebuilt one by one!

 

Here is an overview of the changes planned:

 

•New environments (vegetation, rocks)

•New Ocean

•New effects (Bumpmap, particles, dynamic shadows)

•New Additions and fauna (amphibians, insects, butterflies, animals, etc ...)

•New textures and optimization of existing

•Improved sight distance (for areas without fog)

•New sky

There will be no significant changes in the script and AI (already close to perfection for the latter).

Everything will be tempted not to distort the true FarCry.
