Αδύνατη αλλαγή γλώσσας στο word με alt+shift

'Οταν γράφω στο Word δεν μπορεί να γίνει αλλαγή γλώσσας με τα πλήκτρα alt+shift. Στο περιβάλλον windows ή σε άλλες εφαρμογές δεν υπάρχει πρόβλημα. Είχα το word xp. 'Εκανα αλλαγή και έβαλα το 2003, αλλά πάλι τα ίδια. Σας έτυχε κάτι τέτοιο και ποιός μπορεί να βοηθήσει;

Οι ρυθμίσεις είναι όλες σωστές (Ελλάδα, Ελληνικό κ.λ.π.).

Για το ctrl + shift θα το δοκιμάσω όταν πάω σπίτι γιατί τώρα είμαι στη δουλειά.

Δυστυχώς και με ctrl + shift τίποτε. Στο word, outlook και excel είναι το πρόβλημα. Οι άλλες εφαρμογές του office δεν έχουν πρόβλημα. Αν κάποις ξέρει ας βοηθήσει.
