Φιλε GordonFreeman απορω πως δεν το πήρες στις 2/12 ???

Απλά δεν το βρήκα γιατί άρχισα να ψάχνω από το μεσημέρι.

Πήρα τηλ. στα μεγάλα καταστήματα και μου έλεγαν ότι είχαν μόνο core συστήματα.

Αλλά δεν το κυνήγησα και πολύ (αν άρχιζα να ψάχνω στα μικρότερα πιστεύω ότι όλο και κάτι θα είχε ξεμείνει) γιατί ήθελα να έρθει η 32άρα LCD πρώτα.

Και να το έπερνα τότε δηλαδή δεν θα το σύνδεα μέχρι να έρθει η TV

Xbox360 blitzes Europe

 

 

..."Xbox 360 sales have been tremendous this weekend" said Lisa Morgan, UK managing director of the specialty retailer GAME. "We have sold out almost all of our initial allocation over the weekend, and have seen great sales on games and accessories too."

 

Chart Track is reporting the 360 as the fastest-selling home console ever in the UK, beating out the previous holder of that distinction, Nintendo's GameCube. Of the region's 15 launch titles, 10 were in the top 40 list of UK game sales across all formats. Premium editions of the console outsold the core version 2 to 1.

 

Microsoft is reporting its trio of launch games--Perfect Dark Zero, Project Gotham Racing 3, and Kameo: Elements of Power--as top-selling titles, along with FIFA: Road to the World Cup, Call of Duty 2, and Peter Jackson's King Kong. On the accessory side, the company says gamers snatched up its wireless networking adapter, wireless controllers, and replacement faceplates in high numbers.

 

For consumers who weren't able to get their hands on one of the consoles, Microsoft is promising to have more 360s in stores by Christmas, citing its desire to ship 3 million consoles worldwide in the system's first 90 days.

Japan Analysts Cold Shoulder Xbox 360

 

On the eve of Xbox 360's Japanese launch, leading analysts in the country are all but writing off Microsoft's chances of seriously challenging Sony, or even of launching a successful platform.

 

Image Nobuyuki Kawamata of Tokai Tokyo Research Center said, "No one -- consumers or software makers -- has been talking about the Xbox 360 lately, although we only have a couple of days before the release. Given also the fact that basic functions of Xbox 360 are inferior to Sony's next-generation machine, and that there are not many newly-developed titles ready for the Japanese launch, Xbox 360 is not likely to become a must-buy console here in Japan."

 

Hirotoshi Murakami at Mitsubishi UFJ Securities said, "We had previously thought that Xbox 360 could gain a major share of the Japanese market by taking some market share from front-runner Sony Computer. But we now think that such a prospect may not be realized, given the limited attractiveness of its titles and its lukewarm functions."

 

Shinko Securities analyst Yuichi Kobayashi said, "Given declining enthusiasm for the Xbox 360 by Japanese players and software makers, it would be almost impossible for Microsoft to overtake Sony or even Nintendo. Even from the global viewpoint, unless Sony fails to bring the next-generation PlayStation 3 consoles to the market on time, Microsoft appears to have almost no chance to be the industry leader."

 

Japan is seen as crucial top Microsoft's global Xbox 360 strategy. Yoshihiro Maruyama (pictured) , head of Xbox Japan said, "Japan is a very important market for our global strategy, and launching our console ahead of rival platforms will give us a certain advantage. Unless we achieve meaningful success here, we cannot say we are a winner in the next-generation console battle."

According to Watch Impress, Tecmo has announced that they will further delay Dead or Alive 4 for the Xbox 360. The game will go on sale December 29th, over two weeks after the 360 Japan launch. The reason given for this second delay was “the stability of the online battle system.” Thatʼs Japanese for “the softwareʼs all effed up, and we canʼt get the damn thing to play without crashing the frigginʼ 360.”
