Αυτή τη στιγμή δεν υπάρχει άλλη επιλογή... βέβαια σε λίγο βγαίνει και 42αρα, ενώ έρχονται και πολλές άλλες, οπότε ίσως αλλάξουν τα πράγματα.

Ακριβως Petran ολα εξαρτωνται απο τον Scaler της τηλεορασης,αν ο Scaler ειναι καλος θα παρεις πολυ καλα αποτελεματα αλλιως θα εχεις αρκετα τεχνατουργηματα στην εικονα.Παντα οι Native αναλυσεις δινουν καλυτερα αποτελεσματα.Ιδιαιτερη προσοχη πρεπει να δειξει καποιος και σε τι σηματα κλειδωνει η τηλεοραση ,μπορει η τηλεοραση να ειναι 1080p αλλα να μην κλειδωνει σε σημα 720p οποτε επεμβαινει ο Scaler...και ισχυει οτι σου λεω παραπανω.Αλλο ενα παραδειγμα ειναι οτι ενω η τηλεοραση μου ειναι 1920χ1080p οταν της δινω σημα 720p απο το ΧΒΟΧ 360 μου παιζει πολυ καλλιτερα απο οταν της δωσω 1080i(εννοειτε σε παιχνιδι 720p)και να φανταστεις οτι η τηλεοραση που εχω εχει scaler με α@$& Dynapix HD if you know!!!

dynapix i dont know. καλος μου ακουγεται, αλλα ειμαι ολιγον (πολυ) ασχετος απο αυτα.

ομως μου εκανε εντυπωση που καποια στιγμη ψαχνωντας, επεσε το ματι μου σε κατι τετοια παραπονα απο κατοχους 1080p τηλεορασεων.

φαινοντουσαν πολυ τσαντισμενοι και δεν πολυκαταλαβα, αλλα βριζανε μαζι με την τιβι τους και ΟΛΑ τα συνδρομητικα/καλωδιακα/δορυφορικα καναλια,(us) γιατι λογω των specs τους φαινονται σκ#τα στις ολοκαινουργιες πανακριβες τηλεορασεις τους.

 

ακομα πιο πολυ εντυπωση μου εκανε που καποιοι πιο ειδικοι δινανε απαντηση στο προβλημα προτεινοντας για αγορα καποιους εξωτερικους scalers/(αλλη λεξη που δεν συγκρατησα ),

οι οποιοι ουτε λιγο ουτε πολυ κοστιζαν ενα σωρο λεφτα.. τα μισα απο οσο οι super-duper tv's αυτων που παραπονιοντουσαν.

Εν ολιγοις Crt και παλι crt,δεν ειναι τυχαιο οτι ολα τα κινηματογραφικα studios για το τελικο mastering χρεισιμοποιουν αποκλειστικα CRT monitors...Παντως για να καταλαβεις διαφορα σε 1080p & σε 1080i απο 80" ιντζες και πανω.

Για lcd τεχνολογία η διαφορά είναι εμφανής ... ίσως παίζει ρόλο το κενό ανάμεσα στα pixels, αλλά υπάρχει.

 

Έχω δει 32αρα σε desctop pc και καταλαβαίνεις κάτι... μια 37αρα 1080p θα είναι απλά τέλεια.

 

Εχω και μια παλιά 20αρα eizo 1600χ1200 και εκεί ίσως έχεις δίκιο ότι είναι άχρηστη τόση ανάλυση , αλλά όχι σε 37 ίντσες .

Nintendo didn't have a lot of momentum coming into E3: the third-place console manufacturer has let down GameCube owners with sparsely released titles, not to mention the near-unanimous disappointment over Nintendo's chosen name for its next-generation console, Wii (pronounced "we").

 

Miraculously, Nintendo had the last laugh once show attendees laid their hands on the fresh Wii controller, which looks and feels like a DVD remote and features a built-in motion sensor. Playing tennis, for example, is as easy as swinging at an imaginary ball in the air with the controller, and the effect is seen onscreen.

 

Similarly, the mustachioed protagonist in "Super Mario Galaxy" can interact with items by simply waving the controller in a given direction. The Nintendo Wii will be out by year-end, though no price has been confirmed.

 

 

Biggest disappointment

 

In a word: Sony. From its long and boring conference to its so-so game lineup to its steep price ($499 to $599, depending on the configuration), the PlayStation 3, due out November 17, failed to impress at the show.

 

No, this isn't the end of the No. 1 console maker by a long shot, but many attendees were left scratching their heads on what happened with this Japanese giant. Regarding the price, gamers are forced to pay for the ability to watch high-definition movies on Blu-ray discs -- even if they're not a film fan. And what if Blu-ray isn't the winner of the format war against the HD-DVD?

 

Expect Sony to bounce back at E3 2007 (especially after game designers have had enough time with the high-end hardware) but the PS3 was without a doubt the most disappointing of the three consoles at this year's expo.

Παντως αν θελεις μπορεις να ερθεις σπιτι μου να δεις σε 70'' 1080i και μετα 1080p και αμα δεις διαφορα σου χαριζω την τηλεοραση!!!

Το είχα στo ps2 ' date=' και δεν ήταν τόσο φοβερό … υπάρχουν εκατοντάδες games πολύ ανώτερα στο playstation , από που νομίζεις ότι είναι τόσο ικανός και εδώ όπως στα directx μηχανήματα.

Καλός προγραμματιστής είναι, αλλά είναι φανερό ότι έχει προτίμηση στο directx και δεν του αρέσουν τα δύσκολα συστήματα από παλιά .

 

Το ότι λέει πως το ps3 είναι πιο δυνατό, και ότι τουλάχιστον δεν είναι τόσο δύσκολο όσα παλιά , έχουν περισσότερο βάρος από το ότι θεωρει πιο εύκολο το xbox360.

Όσες φορές μίλησε δημόσια για το θέμα ο Carmack είπε πως το PS3 θεωρητικά είναι "ελαφρώς" ισχυρότερο από το 360 κι αυτό κυρίως λόγω Cell. Από την άλλη θεωρεί βλακωδώς δύσκολο τον προγραμματισμό του Cell κι αυτό είναι κάτι που όταν έρχεται από τα χείλη ενός τέτοιου βεληνεκούς προγραμματιστή θα έπρεπε να του δίνεις μεγαλύτερη βαρύτητα.

 

Αυτό που λές περί προτίμησης στο directx από τον Carmack μόνο ως αστείο μπορώ να το εκλάβω. Ο Carmack όπου στεκόταν και βρισκόταν για περισσότερο από μια δεκαετία εκθείαζε τα πλεονεκτήματα του OPENGL έναντι του directx.

 

Στρέφεται στο directx

α) διότι θεωρεί το 360 μια εξαιρετική πλατφόρμα ανάπτυξης με πολύ ισορροπημένο h/w

β) διότι πιστεύει πως πλέον το directx με τις τελευταίες εκδόσεις του έχει καλύψει πολλά από τα μειονεκτήματα που είχε

γ) διότι δεν μπορεί πλέον να το αγνοεί μια και η κυριαρχία του στην αγορά είναι απόλυτη.

replete with demo of early Blu-ray title House of Flying Daggers.

 

And then you get done caught red-handed by a meddling reporter who discovered the Blu-ray playback is actually coming straight off a typical, normal old DVD+R.

It's a sham, Sony, the whole thing's a sham! How are you gonna make a case for your laptop -- let alone Blu-ray as a format -- now that you tried to pawn off a DVD as a Blu-ray tech demo to a room full of industry professionals? We hope at least it was playing back a high def trailer, or something; now go to your room, you're gonna have some serious alone time, little mister.

μαλλον ουτε το bluray ειναι και πολυ ετοιμο.. απο την αλλη, παλι καλα που ητανε απλο DVD και οχι HD DVD
