PlayStation 3 Event - It's coming

 

It looks like it's finally happening... After nearly a year of silence, rumors and speculation, Sony will finally be unveiling more PlayStation 3 details.

It has been confirmed with several sources now, including members of the press, developers and publishers, that on March 15th in Japan, a PlayStation 3 event will be held. The event is expected to begin a torrent of information that will lead up right to the E3 in May. We know of a few titles and things which are expected to be announced for sure, but the extent of the overall unveiling is still undetermined. It is supposedly not open to the general press, but various announcements will be made. The E3 is where all the real action will take place.

επειδή ανακάλυψες το τοπικ του ps3 τις τελευταίες βδομάδες και θες να έχεις και άποψη,

κάνε μια βόλτα στο thread του 360 την εποχή που βγήκε να δεις τα "nerdakia" τους φίλους του τι σαματά κάνανε. Άμα το παραδεχτείς και τους "βρίσεις" με τον ίδιο ακριβώς τρόπο, θα σε παραδεχτώ.

Αν όχι, απλά είσαι κι εσύ ένα "nerdaki" της "αντίπαλης" όμως πλευράς

 

 

Αυτό ακριβώς έλεγα κι εγώ πριν 3-4 μήνες στο thread toy 360.

Δεν το σεβάστηκε όμως κανείς απ'τους "φίλους" σου

Αντιθέτως, και ακόμα και σήμερα, ισχυρίζονται (slay και blizzard) ότι το κάνουν για να "πληροφορούν" τον κόσμο από εμάς που μας πληρώνει η MS.

Δίνεις τα σέβη σου σε ψέματα και συκοφαντίες ... εμείς δεν κάναμε τις γελοιότητες που παραδέχονται χωρίς ντροπή ότι κάνουν τα παιδιά εδώ.

A CEO of Sony Howard Stringer has now confirmed that the impending spring release of the playstation 3 console was too ambitious. The production of the chips which are crucial to the Blu-Ray technology featured in the system have been the soul cause of the hold up. Getting the Blu-Ray format off the ground at this moment in time seems to be more important than getting the playstation 3 onto the market and into a suitable position to rival the Xbox 360 which will have a decent head start on the PS3 in both the hardware and software side of things.

 

It has now been said that the PS3 will be an estimated summer release in Asia followed by a late 2006, early 2007 release in other territories which could change to an earlier date. The playstation 3 will play an important role in the video market as much as ensuring the dominance of the Blu-Ray format over the HD-DVD format rivaling it.

 

"If the PS3 delivers what everyone thinks it will, the game is up." Stringer said in an interview with technology Magazine Variety.
