Έγινε διαθέσιμη η επόμενη έκδοση του ταχύτατου browser Opera. O αριθμός αυτής είναι 11.50, σε αντίθεση με την πολιτική του ανταγωνισμού που αυξάνει versions χωρίς λόγο και αιτία η Νορβηγική εταιρία παραμένει σταθερή και βγάζει καινούριο browser 1 με 2 φορές το χρόνο.

Για την 11.50 η αρχική σελίδα στο http://www.opera.com έχει αλλάξει με ένα download counter που εμφανίζει διάφορα στατιστικά ανάλογα με τον αριθμό των downloads που έχουν γίνει.

Επίσης μαζί με την νέα έκδοση έχει αναβαθμιστεί και ο Dragonfly στην v1.1 η οποία θα είναι διαθέσιμη σύντομα μέσα στους browsers.
